For Group Five its new head office creates the foundation for greater
efficiency through the consolidation of all its smaller offices into one

The building is energy efficient, from lighting to air handling. It is
equipped with a thermal storage system to reduce peak energy demand
on the national grid. It is also water efficient, with specialised water

Deloitte’s new premises is developed in the sought-after
location of Waterfall City. This leading auditing firm joins
a number of other top corporates consolidating their
operations in what is fast becoming South Africa’s leading
business destination.
The ultra-modern premises comprise 42 500m² of
quality workspace, which consolidates Deloitte’s current
Woodmead and Pretoria offices into a central location. The
building has space capacity for close to 5 000 people.
The Deloitte building’s prime position is right on the
Allandale interchange of the N1 highway. The offices boast
exceptional access and visibility, with major highway
frontage at the eastern side of bustling Waterfall City.

20The Grove Mall of Namibia
The 52 089m² Grove Mall of Namibia is Windhoek and
Namibia’s first regional mall. It is the largest shopping
centre ever to be developed in the country.
The Grove, as locals affectionately refer to it, is situated
within the Hilltop mixed-use estate in Kleine Kuppe,
Windhoek. Conveniently, the mall has easy access from
almost all suburbs in Namibia’s capital as well as to both
international airports.
The primary focus of the mall is on retail and

Atterbury’s latest shopping mall development to be
completed in Ghana – the R800 million ($60 million)
Achimota Retail Centre located in north-eastern Accra –
opened its doors to the delight of locals.
The brand new 15 000m² retail destination provides top-
quality shopping for the first time on this scale under one
roof in this part of the Ghanaian capital.
The centre – a single level mall – is home to 51 stores,
offering convenience, retail and fashion brands, as well as a
restaurant and food court.

holding and storage.

visible from the new Bridal Vale bridge spanning the

Hilti, based in the European principality of Liechtenstein,

service Hilti products and to provide training for Hilti

Covidien moved into its new head office and distribution
centre at the Waterfall Distribution Campus on
1 December 2014.
The facility consist of a 2 000m² office component and
a 10 500m² warehouse section. The building design is
modern and complements Covidien’s positioning as a
major medical equipment supplier.

The state-of-the art Dimension Data warehouse in the
