Deloitte’s new premises is developed in the sought-after
location of Waterfall City. This leading auditing firm joins

quality workspace, which consolidates Deloitte’s current

completed in Ghana – the R800 million ($60 million)
Achimota Retail Centre located in north-eastern Accra –
opened its doors to the delight of locals.
The brand new 15 000m² retail destination provides top-

roof in this part of the Ghanaian capital.

1 December 2014.
