RED WINES
                  2014 Richard’s Block Pinot Noir

                  WINE STYLE
This beautiful Pinot Noir is dedicated to our Father, Richard, who purchased
the original family vineyard in 1956 and was instrumental in bringing this
noble grape to the Okanagan Valley in the early 1970s. All of the fruit was
sourced from established blocks on the Boucherie slopes right above the
                  winery.

                  TASTING & PAIRING
Coming from our premium block on Upper Boucherie Road, this wine is
a true expression of what makes Quails’ Gate Pinot Noir so special. It has a
complex nose of lilac, black cherry, plum, forest floor and exotic spice. The
palate is beautifully-balanced and well-structured, with expressive tannins and
brooding ripe berry flavours. This wine is very Burgundian in style, being
both elegant and sophisticated. We recommend serving at 15°C with wild
game such as duck and venison, dishes with beets and wild mushrooms or
aged cheddar would be an ideal match for this wonderful wine.

                  WINEMAKING
The 2014 vintage was one of the warmer seasons at our Estate vineyards, and
was created under the careful direction of our Winemaker, Nikki Callaway.
All of the fruit was sourced from two established blocks of Pinot Noir at our
Estate featuring 667, 117 and 115 clones as old as 24 years. 100% Pinot Noir
and aged in French oak for ten months, this wine is purposely Old World in
                  style.

2015 Stewart Family Reserve Pinot Noir

                                                                                                   RED WINES
                  WINE STYLE
The Stewart Family Reserve Pinot Noir is our flagship red wine at Quails’
Gate. The fruit is sourced from our finest blocks on the Boucherie slopes just
across from the winery. It is made in limited quantities and only in vintages
                  of exceptional quality.

                  TASTING & PAIRING
Expect an inviting mix of ripe red fruits, such as cherry, raspberry and plum
that lift the palate, along with sweet spice aromas of allspice, clove and
nutmeg. The tannins are evident and will soften beautifully with time. Suave,
with an effortless elegance, we recommend serving at 15°C to enhance your
tasting experience. Try pairing with duck, Thanksgiving turkey, pork, or
                  seared BC salmon.

                  WINEMAKING
The warm season resulted in very ripe grapes. A blend of different blocks
and clones of Pinot Noir grown on the estate with some of the vines
being 30 years old, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using
a combination of indigenous and French cultivated yeast strains. After
fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels (40% new and 60% 1
& 2 years old) for 11 months before blending and bottling, giving depth and
character to deliver a powerful yet supple wine.

2013 The Boswell Syrah

                                                                                                   RED WINES
                  WINE STYLE
The Boswell Syrah is named in honour of our Grandparents and is part of
our Anniversary Series collection. The fruit is sourced from a vineyard close
to the Lake and is one of the most northerly grown Syrah vineyards in British
                  Columbia.

                  TASTING & PAIRING
This lovely wine had developed beautifully in the bottle. On the nose, ripe
berries and violets marry with white pepper and clove for an incredible
bouquet. On the palate the wine is smooth, rich and full bodied with velvety
mouthfeel and deep concentrated flavours. This Syrah is reminiscent of
Northern Rhone wines with that distinctive Old World style and flavour.
We recommend decanting this wine for about an hour or so before you
serve. Try pairing with roasted red meat dishes or a rich osso buco and its
                  braising juices.

                  WINEMAKING
The perfect weather of 2013 meant the grapes enjoyed warm sunshine-filled
days leading up to harvest. The vineyard where our Syrah is grown is perfect
for this varietal; the natural air-conditioning of the Okanagan Lake cools the
ripening grapes each night to create a perfect balance in the finished wine.
Aged 18 months in French oak, enjoy this wine today or cellar until 2020.

2013 Merlot

                                                                                                 RED WINES
                  WINE STYLE
The fruit is grown on both the Upper and Lower Boucherie benches close to
the winery. The warm growing of 2013 allowed the grapes to reach optimal
ripeness. Our Merlot’s are dry and medium to full body in style with rich
plummy fruit with integrated oak spice and dark chocolate notes. We have
found with experience that these wines age particularly well especially in
                  warm vintages like this one.

                  TASTING & PAIRING
The wine is deeply coloured with notes of ripe plum, blackberry, dark
cherry, oak spice and hints of chocolate, dried herbs and sweet tobacco. The
palate is rich, intense and full bodied with a lovely smooth mouthfeel. We
recommend decanting this wine for at least an hour or so prior to serving.
Try pairing with grilled red meats, stews, braises and aged hard cheeses.

                  WINEMAKING
Our Merlot was harvested in mid-October 2013. The grapes were hand-
harvested, crushed, and after 3-5 days of cold-maceration, the juice was
fermented in stainless steel tanks using a mix of indigenous and cultivated
yeast strains. Daily pump-overs and gentle hand plunging during a 28 day
maceration period has given this wine complexity and its rich dark colour.
The wine was barrel aged in new and old French oak for 18 months prior to
                  blending.

2014 Merlot

                                                                                                    RED WINES
                  WINE STYLE
Our Merlot is rich, smooth and full bodied with lovely dark fruit and spice
notes. It is approachable and easy drinking with a long finish and supple
                  tannins.

                  TASTING & PAIRING
The warm growing season of 2014 provided us with some intensely flavoured
Merlot grapes. The wine boasts aromas of rich, black cherry, smoky plum,
spice and toasty oak. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with firm, structured
tannins and a long finish. We suggest pairing with similarly bold foods –
braised short ribs, lasagna, bison burgers and an array of aged hard cheeses.

                  WINEMAKING
Our Merlot was harvested in mid-October 2014. The grapes were received,
crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks using a mix of indigenous and
cultivated yeast strains. Daily pump-overs and gentle hand-plunging during
a three to four-week maceration period has given this wine its complexity
and rich, dark colour. It was barrel aged in new and old French oak for 18
                  months prior to blending.

                  WINE STYLE
An immigrant from Ireland, our Grandfather Richard Stewart Sr. insisted
that Connemara was the most beautiful part of his home country. This
exclusive red blend 40% Cabernet Franc, 30% Merlot and 30% Cabernet
Sauvignon is made in minute quantities from a selection of Bordeaux
varieties grown throughout the Okanagan Valley.

                  TASTING & PAIRING
The wine is deeply coloured with aromas of ripe dark berry and currant
fruits, violets and enticing sweet spices of cinnamon and clove. The palate
is a beautiful combination of elegance, complexity and balance with great
fruit concentration, supple tannins and a long lingering finish. We suggest
decanting for an hour or two prior to serving. We recommend pairing
alongside your best cuts of red meats and aged hard cheeses.

                  WINEMAKING
Hand harvested in October from our estate vineyard throughout the
Okanagan Valley. The warmth of the 2015 vintage created ideal conditions
for the Bordeaux varietals used in this blend. Fermented with indigenous
yeasts for 28 days, the wine was then barrel aged for 18 months in French
oak. Just 10 barrels of this amazing wine were produced.

                  2010 Stewart Family Reserve Chardonnay

                  WINE STYLE
Arguably one of the best Chardonnays from the Okanagan. The Stewart
Family Reserve is made in limited quantities using our finest fruit located
on the Boucherie slopes above the property. It is a classic barrel fermented
Chardonnay using the finest French oak barrels, so expect a rich, smooth,
full bodied creamy wine with great texture and mouthfeel. This wine won a
Gold Medal at the prestigious Decanter World Wine Awards in London UK
                  in 2012.

                  TASTING & PAIRING
The 2010 Stewart Family Reserve Chardonnay is intensely flavoured with
pear, citrus and nectarine fruit nicely mingling with the oak notes of
butterscotch, vanilla and sweet spice. Careful cellaring has added complexity
and texture to the finished wine. We recommend serving this at around
10°C slightly warmer than most white wines to enjoy all the nuances that
this wine brings. Try pairing it with roasted chicken, lobster or crab dipped
in butter and BC Halibut or scallops with a beurre blanc sauce.

                  WINEMAKING
The Chardonnay grapes were harvested from 100% estate-grown French
clone vines. 2010 was a classic cool-climate season, resulting in a wine with
excellent balance and acidity. The wine was hand-crafted using regular lees
stirring and full malolactic fermentation in French oak (40% new, 60 % one-
                  year old).

WHITE WINES
                  2016 Chenin Blanc

                  WINE STYLE
From its Loire Valley origins in France, to the Okanagan Valley, this
white grape has flourished on our estate for more than 20 years and is
always highly sought after. The wine is dry and medium bodied with great
complexity, beautifully balanced acidity and lovely weight and texture. This
                  is our quintessential seafood wine.

                  TASTING & PAIRING
Aromas of white flowers, honeysuckle, grass, citrus, pear and melon mingle
together on the nose. The palate is dry and surprisingly complex with
beautifully balanced acidity, lovely weight and mid-palate texture, along with
its characteristic stony mineral note. This wine is made for fresh, sustainable,
BC seafood, including freshly shucked oysters on the half shell, wild BC spot
prawns, mussels and ceviche. We also recommend pairing with local goat
                  cheese salads.

                  WINEMAKING
Sourced from our Quails’ Gate Estate, Mannhart and Osoyoos vineyards,
our 2016 Chenin Blanc is a blend of 90% Chenin Blanc and 10%
Sauvignon Blanc. After harvest, the grapes were whole bunch pressed, then
cold fermented in 80% stainless steel tanks and 20% in seasoned French
oak barrels, and new 500 litre puncheons. The wine’s complexity and
mouthfeel was developed by keeping some of the Chenin grape separately in
                  cask for a few months.

                  2018 Lucy’s Block Rosé

                  WINE STYLE
Named after our Grandmother, Lucy Mary Whitworth, this elegant
light-bodied dry rosé is a blend of single vineyard Pinot Meunier and Pinot
Noir grapes from our Westpoint Vineyard in South Kelowna.

                  TASTING & PAIRING
A beautiful pale salmon in colour, this rosé is elegant and full of surprises.
Expect notes of watermelon, cranberry, red summer berries and rose petals
on the nose. The palate is juicy and refreshing with cranberry, savoury
herbs and red summer berry flavours on the lingering finish. It is a versatile
food wine – try it alongside fresh BC crab salad, prosciutto and melon or
marinated chicken with Herbs de Provence.

                  WINEMAKING
This year’s blend is 60% Pinot Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir sourced
entirely from young vines planted in 2014. The grapes were de-stemmed and
crushed together, then cold soaked for 4 hours, allowing the clear juice to
draw flavour and colour from the grape skins before pressing. After racking,
the juice is fermented cold to enhance its fruity varietal characteristics.

                  2012 Chardonnay

                  WINE STYLE
This is a wonderful opportunity to try one of our Chardonnays that
has been optimally cellared for a few years now. 2012 was much warmer
compared to the cooler vintages of the two previous years. The wine has
evolved nicely and has become much more complex and interesting in
                  character.

                  TASTING & PAIRING
The wine is smooth and surprisingly rich with notes of ripe orchards fruits
and nicely integrated oak influences. There is still some lovely citrusy acidity,
almost lemon curd like in character. We suggest pairing with Dungeness
crab, scallops, creamy pastas, seafood chowder and lemon scented roasted
                  chicken.

                  WINEMAKING
Our oak regime is a 50/50 blend of quality French oak barrel and tank
fermented wine. The portion of barrel-fermented wine gives interest and
complexity, while the tank portion provides bright orchard fruit notes.

                  2014 Rosemary’s Block Chardonnay

                  WINE STYLE
Our Rosemary’s Block Chardonnay is dedicated to our Mother, Rosemary
and her role in creating our Family’s winery. This beautifully crafted
Chardonnay is graceful and refined with an impressive intensity at its core.

                  TASTING & PAIRING
Made in a Burgundian style, this wine is elegant and complex with aromas
of peach, white flowers, and lightly roasted nuts. On the palate, a mouth-
watering freshness is balanced with subtle toasty notes and a lengthy, mineral
finish. Try pairing with roasted halibut, seared scallops, roasted chicken or
                  lightly creamy pasta dishes.

                  WINEMAKING
The grapes for our Rosemary’s Block Chardonnay were picked in October
from two of our finest Chardonnay blocks (Fields 3 and 5) located on the
Upper Boucherie Bench. Two clones of Chardonnay 809 and 76 were used
for this wine and the grapes were whole-cluster pressed and fermented in
new and old French oak barrels for 11 months. Full malolactic fermentation
occurred and the wine was left to age on its own lees with regular battonage
every 3 weeks, giving the wine the rich, luxurious mouthfeel.

                  2015 Dry Riesling

                  WINE STYLE
Our Rieslings are crisp, juicy and refreshing in style with tangy citrus
flavours and a minerality that is testament to our ancient soils. Our
Rieslings age particularly well and will develop a more harmonious honeyed
character with more time in your cellar.

                  TASTING & PAIRING
The wine is dry, vibrant and zesty. On the nose you will find aromas of white
flowers, intense lime, pear, nectarine and wet stones. The well balanced
palate combines intense citrus flavours with a hint of spice, leading to a
long and refreshing finish. We would recommend pairing with tuna tataki,
Vietnamese salad rolls or any summer vegetable salad.

                  WINEMAKING
Our Riesling vines are now more than 30 years old which is evident in the
increasing complexity in this wine. Deep roots extend into the subsoils of
the Boucherie Mountain slopes resulting in mineral and slate notes to the
fruit. The wine was pressed, racked clean and then underwent a long, cool,
controlled ferment for over 4 weeks.
