Vive La Saison! w/ Pinot Noir · Saison / Farmhouse Ale

FSB's original Vive La Saison!, with its traditional fermentation using farmhouse yeast that imparts 16 oz. draft 5.25
bits of lighter fruit esters and a touch of spiciness, gets ready for autumn by using Sonoma Valley 32 oz. howler 9.00
Pinot Noir grape juice for its secondary fermentation. This gives the beer a blush of color and adds 64 oz. growler 18.00
a touch of cherry, raspberry, and strawberry. Vive la saison d'automne!

FSB Member-Owner Randy Simmons hand-selects beers and breweries to participate in the annual 16 oz. draft 5.25
Springboro Oktoberfest; this authentic Kolsch was created to celebrate the 2017 festivities. While 32 oz. howler 9.00
the same grain and hops bills found in FSB's 1600 are used during brewing, Ludwig's is fermented 64 oz. growler 18.00
with a traditional German ale yeast strain to produce a light, refreshingly malty ale with just a
touch of minerals from the recipe's water profile.

FSB celebrates a third year of partnership with Little Miami Farms with a beer that features 50 lbs. 16 oz. draft 5.25
of fresh Chinook and Cascade hops hand-picked straight off the vines by our member-owners for 32 oz. howler 9.00
the brewing process, and is then dry-hopped with a healthy amount of Columbus hops. The final 64 oz. growler 18.00
result is a fresh-hop pale ale that's sessionable while delivering a distinctive hop punch. "Hey,
Jamie. What else are you growing out there we could put in our beer?"

A collaboration with Crooked Handle Brewing Co. for Dayton Beer Week 2018. This beer starts with 16 oz. draft 5.25
a doughy wheat body brewed with El Dorado hops to give it tropical fruit flavors of pineapple and 32 oz. howler 9.00
mango with resinous back-notes. After fermentation, 84 lbs. of real passion fruit puree were 64 oz. growler 18.00
added, causing the hops and fruit to play off each other and pack a hefty, bitter punch that drinks
like an IPA.

Definitely Frances v4.0 · IPA - Imperial / Double

FSB's flagship DIPA is named after our brewmaster's elder daughter, with the version number 32 oz. howler 11.00
corresponding to her age. The hops used in the recipe change with each version, giving each 64 oz. growler 20.00
release a new and distinctive profile. Built on a clean Pilsner and two-row pale malt base, v4.0 is
crafted to be a mega-IPA that showcases the El Dorado hop pellets and Mosaic lupulin powder
used during brewing and again for dry-hopping at a rate of three lbs. / barrel. The result is a beer
offering intense and ripe tropical fruit flavors with minimal bitterness. Believe it or not, no actual
fruit was used in this beer!
Jo Jo's Midnight · Stout - American

FSB's flagship stout pays homage to Jo Jo’s Café, housed from 1937 until 1996 in the space the 16 oz. draft 5.25
brewpub now occupies. Rumor has it that Jo Jo and a few former café regulars still haunt the 32 oz. howler 9.00
corner of Fifth & Henry, mostly around midnight, of course. As dark as its name, this stout uses 64 oz. growler 18.00
flaked oats to produce a smooth quaff of espresso and milk chocolate with a touch of sweetness
from lactose. Well toasted and slightly roasty. A hint of caramel may surprise in the solid finish.

Jo Jo's Midnight Cocoa (on nitro) · Stout - American

Sometimes, Jo Jo likes cocoa for her midnight drink. FSB's award-winning signature stout, which is
brewed with flaked oats and lactose, gets an addition of cocoa added to its smooth quaff of
espresso, milk chocolate, and a hint of caramel. This creates a version that presents a rather
intense nose and flavor of dark chocolate to savor. Feel free to do so any time of the day.

Abita Root Beer is made with a hot mix process using spring water, herbs, vanilla and yucca (which
creates foam). Unlike most soft drink manufacturers, Abita sweetens its root beer with pure
Louisiana cane sugar. The resulting taste is reminiscent of soft drinks made in the 1940s and
1950s, before bottlers turned to corn sugar and fructose. Some soft drink makers add caffeine to
their product, but Abita is naturally caffeine-free.
