Christmas really is the most magical time of the year. Here at Morecambe
Football Club, we aim to add a bit of that magic into your Christmas party season!
In 2018, we are offering the best Christmas Party Nights in town. So what better
excuse for a get together, whether it be with friends, family, or work colleagues?
Our fantastic Christmas Party Nights include a delicious Christmas themed
menu and a great range of entertainment hosted in the superbly decorated
Local Choice Suite.
We guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Our fantastic Christmas Party Nights

AddressTERMS & CONDITIONS Enquiries, bookings, deposits 1. An enquiry with approximate numbers does not constitute a booking. 2. Places can only be guaranteed once a deposit of £10 per person has been made. This deposit is non- refundable and non-transferable to other products, groups, dates or events and must be paid to confirm any booking. 3. A deposit will only be accepted if accompanied with a fully completed Booking Form. 4. Once a deposit has been paid, extra deposits may be added at the discretion of the Events Team. If accepted, the same terms apply for these additional deposits in order to confirm extra places. Final Payments 5. Final Food payment must be completed no later than Friday 2nd November 2018. 6. Final Menu choices must be completed no later than Friday 16th November 2018. 7. Final pre ordered drinks/voucher payments must be made no later than Friday 23rd November 2018. 8. Clients may request a bar tab in advance of their event. All bar tabs must be settled on the night via cash or debit/credit card. VAT receipts will only be issued by prior arrangement. 9. All deadlines will be clearly stated on booking confirmation literature sent to lead name on booking. 10. Failure to meet the deadline for final food payments may constitute a non-payment and the booking will no longer be guaranteed. Deposits cannot be reclaimed if a booking is cancelled due to a non-payment. 11. Failure to meet the deadline for final menu choices may result in your party not receiving their first choice of meals on the night. No discount will be offered if guests do not receive their preferred choice of meal due to this deadline not being met. 12. Failure to meet the deadline for pre-ordered drinks & drinks vouchers may result in orders being charged at the full rate given to guests on the night of the event, losing the original pre-order discount. 13. Any bookings being made after the final payment deadline has passed will require a full payment in order to secure a booking. No deposits will be accepted once this date has been passed. Responsible persons 14. The person/persons making the booking will be classed as being responsible for ensuring that their guests are aware of the Morecambe Football Club Christmas Bookings Terms and Conditions 2018. The responsible person/s may be held accountable for any actions taken by members of their party which contravenes these terms and conditions. 15. All guests must be aged 18 or over. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. Valid forms of ID are passport or photo driving license. Special Requests 16. Whilst we will endeavour to meet any specific requests, including (but not confined to) preferred sit down times, table plans and positioning within the function suite, due to the high demand over the festive period we cannot guarantee any specific requirements. We will treat any requests on a first come first serve basis once a final payment has been made. 17. Any specific dietary requirements must be made in writing before the final menu choices deadline as stated above. We cannot guarantee any requests made after this time. Additionally, refunds will not be provided for guests unable to partake in menu choices due to requests not made in advance. On The Night 18. Doors open from 7:30pm, food service will begin from around 8:15pm once your party are all in attendance, with carriages from 12:30am 19. The Party / Group name supplied will be listed on your table/s on the night 20. Dress code for our Christmas Events is smart casual. 21. As stated in the Morecambe Football Club terms and conditions of business, we reserve the right to refuse admission. 22. Only food and drink purchased from Morecambe Football Club may be consumed whilst on the premises. Any such items will be stored at reception and a charge may be made for the storage of these items. In addition, Morecambe Football Club takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to products stored in this manner. 23. Any vehicles left overnight must be removed by 10.30am on the morning following their event. We accept no liability for loss or damage to property left on the premises. Cancellation Policy 24. As stated above, all deposits taken are non-refundable and non-transferable. 25. Once a final payment has been made, any cancellations will be referred to The Morecambe Football Club Cancellation Policy. In addition, any cancellation by Morecambe Football Club will also follow this policy. 26. Refunds will not be made for any guests either arriving late or for non-attendance of their event General 27. The terms and conditions listed above are specific to our 2018 Christmas Events. However, our full set of business Terms and Conditions still apply to any bookings taken over the festive period. A full copy of our business Terms and Conditions can be made available upon request.
