Terms and Conditions
AVAILABILITY
Please contact the sales office to check available dates. In addition to the published dated, private parties are
also available throughout November, December & January.
DEPOSITS
A strict non-refundable deposit of £10 per person will be required upon booking. If a deposit is not received
within 14 days of a provisional booking, the booking will automatically be released.
PAYMENTS
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment in full must be received by
1st November 2021 and is again non-refundable.
MINIMUM NUMBERS
Should insufficient numbers be booked for any particular date, we reserve the right to offer alternative dates.
PRE-ORDER
A menu pre-order for all events will be forwarded to you upon confirmation of your
booking which must be completed and returned 4 weeks prior.
SEATING
For any of our party nights, parties of less than 12 may be seated with another party.
We will try to avoid this wherever possible.
