WINTER WEDDING PACKAGE 2019/20
Your day, Your Way!
The magic of a Winter Wedding is something quite often understated. The ambience,
the romance, the lighting are breathtaking and will leave you and your guests
speechless.
With the Eagle Ridge Winter Wedding Package we have worked closely with some
very talented service providers to put together a package for you that narrows down
your search for the best team to help your dream become a reality. With our package
we are able to help you effortlessly pull together the perfect day, in a short timeframe
and on budget.
The Package Includes:

Venue Hire of both the Lodge and Function Centre

Bar Tab ($2500.00)
The total package is $15990.00 for up to 80 guests, including bridal party. Additional
guests can be added at $85.00 each
The Package is available from May – September.
Optional Extras:
- Overnight Accommodation: for up to 18 guests in our Luxury Lodge and Guest
Quarters starting from $1500.00.
- Bridal Preparation Package: Get a head start on your day with all your bridal party
preparations including hair and make up being done in the comfort of the Lodge
starting from 8.30am at an additional cost of $250.00 including two
complimentary bottles of bubbles.
- Activities for the Groomsmen or Guests: P.O.A. enquire with the Event Manager
for further details.
Venue Includes:
• Your ceremony and post-ceremony at Eagle Ridge Luxury Lodge out on the lawns
with breathtaking views of the Mount and the Kaimai Ranges or in the warm
indoors in front of our large brick fireplace.
• Your reception hosted in the purpose built Eagle Ridge Function Centre, with its
warm rustic charm, underfloor heating and open fire place finished off with
candlelit features.
• Exclusive Use of the Eagle Ridge for the duration of your booking.
• Access to the venue/s from 11am on the day of your wedding to midnight.
• Appointments and access to our dedicated and experienced Event Manager.
The Venue
• Access to all our additional décor items at no additional cost.
• Ceremony Rehearsal the week of your wedding.
• All Ceremony Furniture including your choice of one of our 3 arches, signing tables,
60 ceremony chairs and use of our décor to finish off your styling.
• Venue set-up for you, only requiring you to bring in your personal touches.
• Friendly and professional service staff with an on-the-day Event Coordinator.
• Surround Sound PA System & handheld Microphone for Speeches (FC only)
• Chauffeured use of a 6-seater golf cart
• Lawn Games for your entertainment
• All crockery, cutlery and glassware
• Seating Plan Display Board and Wishing Well
• Tables, Chairs, Chair Covers and all Table Linens & Napkins
• Stage Pieces, Lectern & Projector
• Cake Table & Knife
• If the venue is not booked the day prior access to the venue for theming and early
access for hair and make up discussed closer to the time. (package dependent)
• If you treat yourself to a night in the luxury Lodge, check out is at 10am the
following day.

- The package includes a bar tab of $2,500.00. We can discuss what beverages you
would like to put on your bar tab and if you would like to increase this amount or not.
- Our beverage list can be viewed online or emailed to you. If you would like any
other options to what we have on offer, please don't hesitate to discuss with us.
- We have cash and eftpos facilities available for guests if your bar tab reaches the
limit.

While we have designed the Winter Wedding Package with some of our best
wedding vendors, you still have a say in your day. You get to choose out of the list
of vendors and if we need to make a few tweaks, we can! You can still bring in
your additional personal touches as you wish in addition to what we have to offer.
At Eagle Ridge we have a dedicated Event Manager and a professional and
approachable team that understands the importance of your wedding and will go
to great lengths to ensure everything is perfect for you. On the day of your
wedding we are all hands-on deck to coordinate the days activities and manage
all the small details to take the stress away from you and your family so you can
all relax and enjoy your day from the beginning to the end.

We welcome you to come up, by appointment, and view this amazing venue we

All prices are inclusive of GST.
Payments are made in three equal parts split evenly between your booking date and five days
before your wedding day. A deposit of $5330.00 and the completion of our T&C’s are required to
confirm your booking.
Acceptance of the terms & conditions of each vendor you select will be required.
