Dear Parents:
Thank you for your interest in Fellowship Christian School. We hope and pray that you enjoy all
that God has blessed us with. We are excited to share in all of the blessings of this ministry.
This school is like a growing family to many, providing a nurturing and loving (and also
challenging) environment for all of God’s children He sends this way. As we continue to seek
Him through the school’s continuous growth, we encourage families to share all that He is doing
through the students at Fellowship. We love the community He has created and pray it
continues to grow as He sees fit, that it continues to be a place where His spirit, His light, is
overflowing and radiant. Our greatest purpose is to glorify Him and to deliver an education to
families that change the hearts of their children, planting deep seeds within all of their hearts,
minds and souls, so that when they leave Fellowship, they are forever changed, equipped by
God to go out and follow anything that He calls them to.
God continuous to astound us by His generous provisions. Over the past years, as followers of
Christ, we have been enormously and continuously blessed by all of the families that choose to
take part in His ministries, gifting their time, as well as anything we have been in need of. The
list seems endless and to see all of these things, just as we are in need, is a daily reminder of
just how great God is as well as reaffirms the power of our God and His wonderful love for all of
his children.
In addition, God continues to lead many families our way and as this ministry continues to grow,
it also continues to reflect the realization by our community of the importance of keeping God
first in education. While we try our very best to provide a Christian education that is as
affordable as we can possibly make it (while still covering school costs), we realize that tuition
can still be taxing and may be a financial strain for some families. Regardless of this, families
still send their children to a place where God does come first and where God is present in all
that the students are learning. We continue to pray that the Lord blesses all of you many times
over for your dedication to and heart for Him.

We pray that your child’s attendance at Fellowship Christian School proves to be a great
investment in your child’s future—growing their walk with the Lord as well as preparing them for
the road ahead. We pray that these children walk out of Fellowship ready to not simply get a
job, but courageously lead and love in the way that Jesus does. We are called to not simply live
and do as we please, but to “Go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19). Our prayer
is that this school equips these children to follow this very command, wherever God takes them
—that they are equipped academically, physically, socially, and spiritually.

ENROLLMENT (2019-2020)
What’s in store for 2018-2019:
• High School Overnight Retreat: This upcoming school year, the high school students will be
participating in our annual overnight retreat.
• Computers/Keyboarding Class for students in Grades 2 & Up: We would love for all of our students
to be given the opportunity to learn basic keyboarding as well as more advanced skills on the computer.
This also includes computer science and programming elective classes offered to high school and
middle school students.
• Grades 4 & 5: Day Away Retreat (A day retreat—not overnight—enjoying and learning from God’s
Word).
• Hands on STEM learning
• God’s Garden of Acts: Teaching the kids to raise/grow fruits & veggies from seed to harvest, allowing
students to learn about responsibility in a fun way, learn some of the science behind God’s creation,
learn about healthy eating & get time outdoors!
• After school tumbling, art, music and computer classes!
• Optional Mid-Winter, Spring, Winter & Summer Camps
• Optional Friday classes/school (for enrichment/accelerated program or extra support)
• Summer STEM, enrichment & support camps/classes
Enrollment: In order to enroll your child, this packet must be completed and returned (one for each child)
with the enrollment fees before admission for the 2019-2020 school year may be finalized. We are very
excited to be on this journey with you and God and thank you for your commitment, love & support. God
is good and we love our Fellowship team/families! Enrollments will be filled as follows:
Through March 31, 2019:
• First priority will be given to students who are currently enrolled.
• Second priority will be extended to students who are siblings of currently-enrolled students.
• Final priority will be given to new students.
• Students will be enrolled based on the date the enrollment packet and registration fee are received.
Please be advised that our Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 3 classes will fill VERY quickly. We also
have limited scholarship funds and these are given out on a needs based & first come, first serve
basis.
After March 31, 2019:
• All enrollments accepted and processed on first come, first serve basis.
This upcoming school year, we will continue to offer a referral discount (details are shown on the Tuition &
Fees Page). Once again, we thank you for your kind words and hope that you will continue to use this
opportunity to spread the word in our community of how God is working through the lives of our
Fellowship Christian "family," to provide a nurturing yet challenging Christian education. As our enrollment
continues to grow, we will be able to offer even more opportunities while continuing to keep our costs as
affordable as possible.

Annual Volunteering
This section must be completed by all families enrolling their child at Fellowship Christian
School. Families must volunteer a total of 1 hour per month or pay $15 per month they are not
able to volunteer (annual family fee of $135). Families receiving a scholarship are required to
volunteer 30 minutes per week or pay $15 per missed volunteer hour ($7.50 per missed volunteer
half hour). Approved family members/friends are allowed to volunteer in lieu of parents. All
volunteers must complete a background check before they start their volunteer hours. This needs
to be completed no later than one week before first volunteer hours are required.

Commitment

Tuition & Fees Agreement
Enclosed or provided is the annual, non-refundable registration fees, which I understand
are refunded only if a student is denied admission by the school. I understand that without
the paid fees, my child will not be placed on the list for enrollment nor held an enrollment
spot. Fees are due immediately.
I understand that in signing this enrollment application for the coming academic year, I am
agreeing to accept the rules concerning payment of tuition and fees as set by the Tuition & Fees
Policy of the School. I understand that all fees and rates are annual and I agree to pay in full or
split the tuition into 10 consecutive equal payments/installments, starting no later than August 1,
2019 and commencing no later than May 1, 2020. I understand all fees are non-refundable and
I also understand tuition is not pro-rated based on the number of days my child attends school
or the number of school days in a month or for any other reason.
I understand that in the event of withdrawal/un-enrollment, the balance of outstanding fees and
tuition must be paid before clearance is given to other schools in the transfer of transcripts/
records. I understand that If I choose to withdraw my child, I am required to and will give at least
one month (30 days) written notice (handed into the school office) and pay for the fees
associated with the withdrawal/un-enrollment of my child (no less than 1/10 of annual tuition or 1
monthly tuition installment). I understand I will continue to be billed and incur fees until I turn in
this written notice to the school office. I also understand un-enrollment of my child for the month
of May or June will result in no pro-ration to the annual tuition and fees due. May and/or June
un-enrollment will not reduce the annual rate or fees due. Full fees and tuition must still be paid.

Statement of Faith
We believe the Bible is the infallible and inerrant Word of God.
We believe there is only one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing as
three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe Jesus Christ is both truly God and truly man having been conceived of the Holy Spirit
and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross, once for all, as a sacrifice for sin according to the
Scriptures. Furthermore, he arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, where, at the right
hand of God the Father, he is now our High Priest and Advocate.

We believe the Holy Spirit, the spirit of truth, is sent from the Father to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ,

We believe the Church of Jesus Christ is made up of all believers who have been given and

demonstrate the love, authority, and life-changing power of Jesus.

We believe that when we choose God, his fruits are also present—kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

eternal communion with God (Heaven) and will be rewarded for faithful service to Jesus in this life.

Tuition & Fees Policy: 2019-2020
At Fellowship Christian School, we strive to make it possible for every child to have a
Christian education, regardless of financial means. If there is anything we can do to help
you, please speak with us. Our goal is to help raise up and spread the Word of God to
all of His children. Thank you and God bless you!
Current Annual Tuition Rates
▪ Payable in full (annual rate paid in full by August 1, 2019)—Receive a 3%
discount if paid with cash or check (applies to Regular Rate only)
▪ Payable in 2 equal payments (2 equal payments, due September 1, 2019 &
February 1, 2020)
▪ Payable in 10 consecutive, monthly installments (annual rate split up over 10
consecutive months), beginning August 1, 2018. Monthly payments must be
paid through EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
▪ Tuition is not discounted/pro-rated due to attendance, school closures, breaks or
choice of early withdrawal/un-enrollment. Our tuition is an annual fee that can be
split up into 10 equal installments, according to the details above, to make it
easier for families to afford. All enrollment fees must be paid at the time of
registration to allow the school to purchase necessary curriculum, testing &
supplies.
▪ Enrollment will not be considered received/complete until all enrollment fees
are received by the school office.
Due Dates
All tuition payments are due on the 1st of every month, with a grace period of no later
than the 5th of every month. If the 5th falls on a non-school day, tuition must be paid
ahead of time. This deadline is to ensure all serving staff members are paid on time,
school bills are paid on time and necessary supplies & materials are able to be
purchased.
Late Payments
▪ Payments received 11-29 days late will be assessed a $20.00 late fee.
▪ Payments received 30+ days late will receive a $30.00 late fee. Payments that
are more than 30 days past due will also result in immediate student un-
enrollment, unless arrangements have been set up with the office/Director.
▪ NSF/Returned Check will result in an additional $30 NSF fee plus any additional
incurred fees from the bank.
If you are unable to make a timely payment (by no later than the 10th), please contact
the office ahead of time. Our goal is to keep your family at Fellowship so that we can
continue to bless one another with His Word, so please be sure to contact us.

Tuition & Fees Policy: 2019-2020 Cont.
Annual Fees:
Registration fee: $100 total, for the entire family (annually), due at the time of registration.
Registration will not be considered complete until the registration fee is paid. This allows Fellowship
to process all paperwork, plan for the upcoming school year, as well as complete any needed pre-
assessments. Non-refundable fee.
Curriculum fee: $150 per student (annually)--$150 due at time of registration. It is important
that this fee be received on time so that Fellowship can have adequate time to purchase needed
curriculum/books (prevent extra spending on rush orders) as well as plan for the upcoming school
year. Non-refundable fee.
Building fee: $100 per student (annually)--$100 due at time of registration. This fee is put
towards the upkeep and cost of the building. Non-refundable fee.
Technology fee: $40 per student (annually)--$40 due at time of registration. This fee is put
towards additional school technology (Chromebooks, computers, science equipment, classroom
equipment, etc.). Non-refundable fee.
Retreat Fees:
• 4th & 5th Grade Day Retreat: $50 per student (annually)—$50 due by January 1st, 2020. This
fee is for the annual 4th & 5th Grade day retreat. This fee needs to be paid on time in order to help
ensure reservations can be booked well in advance.
• High School Overnight: $85 per student (annually)--$85 due by September 1st, 2019. This fee
is for the annual overnight trip, for the high school class. If students do not go on the trip, pre-
assigned work must be completed from home and is due no later than when we return from the
Overnight. This trip is an opportunity for students to come together and pray together, worshipping
the Lord in a peaceful place, learning to surrender their lives over to Him.
Class Fees (Electives-Middle & High School Students):
• Art Fee (Middle & High School): $20 per student, due by September 1st, 2019
• Culinary Arts Fee (Middle & High School): $20 per student, due by September 1st, 2019
• Build Fee (Middle & High School): $20 per student, due by September 1st, 2019
• Drama/Theater Fee (Middle & High School): $20 per student, due by September 1st, 2019
• Science Lab Kit Fee (Middle & High School): $15 per student, due by September 1st, 2019
Optional (Additional Fees):
• MSP/Smarter Balanced Testing (Grades 3-12): $25 per math exam; $25 per ELA exam
• AP Exams (Grades 10-12): $100 per exam
• Extended Care: $5 per morning, per day; $5 per afternoon, per day. AM (7:30-8:30) / PM
(4:15-6:00). Times are not pro-rated.
• Friday Enrichment & Support (8:30AM-4:00PM): $30 per Friday (must sign up for entire month);
due 1 month prior to enrollment in class.
• Friday Pre-K (8:30AM-4:00PM): $30 per Friday (must sign up for an entire month)
• After School Art Class (1 hour, 30 minutes): $10 per student, per class (must sign up for entire
month). Students bring their own supplies or pay supply fee.
• After School Music Classes (TBD)
• After School Technology Class (1 hour, 30 minutes): $10 per student, per class (must sign up
for entire month)

How to read the Tuition Rate Table: For families with multiple children attending, the rate in column 1 will be used for the first child
attending, the rate in column 2 for the second child attending, and the rate in column 3 for the third plus child attending.
Annual Tuition Rates
Regular Rate
$4200 for the 2019-2020 school year (Pre-K through Grade 12)
▪ $420 per monthly installment (for 10 consecutive months; 1st payment due no later than August

$2800 for Part-time Pre-K (Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday or Mon-Thur 8:30am-12pm)

Families with multiple children have a discounted rate available for their 2nd + enrolling children. Please

Scholarship Rate
Based on financial need only & limited to available scholarship funds.
$3550 for the 2019-2020 school year (K through Grade 12)
▪ $355 per monthly installment (for 10 consecutive months; 1st payment due no later than August
1, 2019)
$3750 for Full-time Pre-K
▪ $375 per monthly installment (for 10 consecutive months; 1st payment due no later than August
1, 2019)
$2700 for Part-time Pre-K (Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday or Mon-Thur 8:30am-12pm)
▪ $270 per monthly installment (for 10 consecutive months; 1st payment due no later than August

Enrollment packets received after the initial payment deadlines will require all past due fees to be
paid before enrollment can be made (including tuition installments). Tuition installments
Enrollments received after the start of school will receive adjusted tuition installments based on the
number of missed scheduled school days. All missed tuition fees and enrollment fees will be required to

Parents/guardians requesting the Scholarship Rate will be required to:
• Complete a financial status form,
• Agree to volunteer .5 hours per week (discussed with and approved by the Director).
Volunteer hours must be assigned before the discounted rate is approved (by no later than
August 1, 2019).
• If parents/guardians do not show up for volunteer hours, tuition will be re-billed at regular rate
(an addition of $15 per missed volunteer day/$7.50 per missed half hour).
The financial status form will allow the school to provide adequate support to families that are in need of
additional funding for their child(ren) to attend. In addition, volunteering at the school will allow the school
to keep from hiring unnecessary staff, allowing as many families as are in need possible access to this
rate.
Discounted/Reduced Rate Mandatory Volunteer Sign Up:
Please choose from the following. This will be added to your agreement.
• Recess Duty • Library • Classroom Preparation
• Kitchen Help • School Events • Cleaning/Janitorial
Choose the one day per week you can commit to every week. Monday-Thursday.
Please make sure you are able to commit to and show up for this day of the week on a consistent basis.
Volunteers must show up on time and be reliable or additional staff will need to be hired and families will
not be able to receive the discounted rate.
Referral Discount:
We have been blessed with family referrals that have allowed this ministry to grow! We want to thank all
of the families that have referred Fellowship Christian School to other friends and family. For the
2019-2020 school year, we will be offering a Referral Discount, available/redeemable after the referred
family has attended for four consecutive months (and made 5 consecutive payments).
The Referral Discount will give the family that referred an attending full-time new family a discount of -
$150 from one month of owed tuition. The Referral Discount will give the family that referred an
attending part-time new family a discount of -$75 from one month of owed tuition. This discount only
applies to the family doing the referring. It does not get applied to the new (referred) family’s account.
This discount applies to new, regular rate enrollments only.
Withdrawal/Un-enrollment:
For student withdrawal/un-enrollment, families are required to give at least one month (30 days) written
notice (handed into the school office) and pay for the fees associated with the un-enrollment of their
child(ren) (no less than 1/10 of annual tuition or 1 monthly tuition installment). Families will continue to be
billed and incur fees until written notice is turned into the school office by the parent/guardian. Please do
not give these notices to any other teachers/staff. Due to budget requirements, un-enrollment of a
student during the month of May or June will result in no reduction/pro-ration to the annual tuition
and fees due. Full fees and tuition must still be paid.
Tuition rates and fees are based on the financial needs of the school (including but not limited to testing,
student workbooks, art supplies, electronic resources, office/teacher supplies, curriculum, staffing, etc.)
and are subject to change. We will make every effort to keep our rates as low as possible.
