You Are Invited! Dear Agency Owner, Congratulations on being selected to attend the 2020 CLLC FAM Tour! With many FAM tours following ICEF 2020, I believe that we have innovated an exciting way to make meaningful connections between CLLC and its partners, as well as visit three world class Canadian cities; Toronto, Ottawa, and Halifax. CLLC’s flexibility is one of its keys to success. You will receive up to $2000 CAD travel subsidy to either spend it all on your hotels and flights, or to help you invite another guest along with you. The upcoming CLLC FAM Tour will be filled with stimulating classes, amazing meals, exciting sightseeing tours, and many opportunities to get to know each other personally and professionally. I’m especially looking forward to seeing all of us at the Certificate in Strategic Business Development and Leadership class and on the night of the Graduation Dinner! Conditions
• Receive up to a $2000 CAD reimbursement to manage your flight and hotel bookings in Toronto,
Ottawa, and Halifax.
- Please note that agents based out of any of CLLC’s home cities will receive a maximum of $1000
CAD
• Please feel free to invite a guest. CLLC will cover your guest’s lunches and dinners with the group.
However, CLLC will not increase the travel subsidy. Please send your guest’s full name to
stefan@cllc.ca before the RSVP deadline.
• CLLC has the right to cancel this event based on minimum attendance numbers. Please do not
book any flights or hotels until you receive CLLC’s RSVP confirmation by September 30, 2019.
• The final call for confirmations for flights and hotels will be December 30, 2019.
• Reimbursements will be paid by wire transfer (in Canadian dollars) based on the Bank of Canada
rate at the time. You will be required to submit your banking information and an official invoice in
order to receive the travel subsidy.
• Attendees to the CLLC FAM Tour must attend and participate throughout the entire five day
program and cannot join mid-way through. Please do not accept the invitation if you cannot
participate fully throughout the entire event.
• Please note that any attendee of the CLLC FAM Tour should be an agency owner, regional sales
staff for Canada or top sales person to CLLC.
• CLLC reserves the right to modify any portion of the CLLC FAM Tour as required.ICEF FAM Tour 2020 We look forward to seeing you soon!
