to IRONMAN events, including both the IRONMAN 70.3 and IRONMAN World

WHAT CAN NIRVANA PROVIDE ME? - Return flights (including bike carriage) Nirvana's team of travel consultants are available to book your ATOL-protected flights and arrange any air shipment of specialist equipment. We work every day with most of the major airlines and airports and understand the individual carriage and collection policies. Our understanding of the wide range of airline carriage policies ensure your bike shipment is compliant and the consignment is transported safely and securely. - Airport meet & greet with return airport transfers including bike transportation IRONMAN events provide the challenge of a lifetime in some of the world's most iconic and beautiful locations, however they are not always the easiest sites to access. Getting from your arrival point to the event site can be one of the most difficult parts of your journey, particularly if you have equipment to transport. With this in mind we provide an express transfer service direct from the airport to your hotel, coordinated by our airport meet & greet team. The transfer is available as a private or shared service and in both cases will have provision for any pre-booked equipment or special needs requirements such as children's seats. All transfers must be pre-booked. - Athlete-friendly accommodation As sport specialists, working closely with IRONMAN, the Nirvana team understand the event programme and procure hotels that offer the best possible access to the course, provide athlete friendly services and of course offer a range of price points. The Nirvana Collection of hotels includes accommodation that benefits from the full support of the experienced Nirvana team, as well as catering for the needs and requirements of all IRONMAN athletes and spectators. The Nirvana support team are available 24/7 to support our athletes and handle any changes or issues that arise pre, post or during the event. - Course familiarisation tours Preparation is key to any competition and this includes understanding the event site and the nuances of the swim, bike and run courses. To this end, we provide pre-event tours that enable our athletes to experience the key elements of each discipline first hand (including planning for the day, key timings, pre-event checks, and entry points, as well as weather related conditions that could affect your race).

As sports specialists we understand that your bike is an essential part of your event and as such, we provide
mechanical services for the exclusive use of our guests. Our fully qualified, insured and experience bike mechanics will
be on hand throughout your stay to offer a range of services and advice, including but not limited to:
Pre-race services:
- Drop-off and Tune-up: Designed for bikes that are ready to ride but need a final pre-race tune up
- Unpack, Assemble and Tune-up: Designed to unpack from your bike box or bag, assembled and pre-
race tune-up
Post-race Services
- Disassemble and Pack for Transportation: Once you have finished your race, drop off your bike along
with your bike box or bag and we will disassemble and pack your bike, ready for transportation
The Full Works
- Unpack, Assemble and Tune-up, Secure storage of Case and then Disassemble and Pack for
Transportation: All of the above!
- Fully supported by the Nirvana event team on the ground in New Zealand
The Nirvana Event Team will be in resort before you arrive to ensure all the transfer and support services are in place
and fully operational. The Team work closely with IRONMAN to understand any changes to schedules, water
temperature and of course any local road closures that could affect movements around the site.
From the moment you land, the team will be there to ensure your journey to the event is seamless and your
accommodation is ready for your arrival. It doesn’t stop there, the Nirvana team are on call 24/7 to handle any
unexpected problems or facilitate any changes to your schedule, and remain on site to coordinate your departures.

We realise that the unexpected can happen as you train and prepare for an event. To give you some piece of mind,
we provide FREE CANCELLATION INSURANCE via our partner Yellow Jersey, as part of our accommodation packages.
The cancellation insurance starts from when you confirm your accommodation booking and covers not being able to
attend your event due to various specified reasons, such as: injury or illness; vehicle breakdown; work relocation and
more.

Grand Final. The mechanic will be available for the exclusive use of Nirvana
guests.
