• PMS match - no additional fee. PMS match may be up to two shades off, we cannot guarantee a perfect

Reorder 5 Cases, Get One Free Reorder Set-up Charge $15(V)
Information Needed to Process Orders: We require all orders to be placed in writing. Please identify yourself in the subject line and include order,
artwork, purchase order number, billing & shipping addresses, contact person, phone, fax, email, ASI number and payment method.
Lead Time New Orders: Eight production days plus shipping, pending art approval and receipt of complete order.
Lead Time Reorders: Five production days plus shipping, pending receipt of complete order.
Case Minimums (Must be same flavor)
• Two case minimum for one color imprints
• Five case minimum for two and three color imprints. In addition there is a $60 (V) set-up fee per color, for a color flooded
background, that will count as one of your three colors
• Five case minimum for Starlites
Large Wrappers: An assortment of up to five different wrappers, up to three color imprint.
Small Wrappers: White or clear, starlites only. An assortment of up to six different wrappers, up to three color imprint.
Inactive Plates: Inactive plates are discarded after three years and a new plate must be ordered.
We cannot make changes to orders that are in production. This includes changes in quantity, ship method, address, item or imprint.
Additions to orders already in production require a revised or new purchase order. Price changes may apply. Changes may cause a delay in
shipping.
Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been confirmed it may NOT be cancelled. Payment is expected on all confirmed orders.
Return Policy: No returns are allowed without prior approval from Hospitality Mints. Orders should be opened and inspected immediately upon
arrival. Complaints must be made within five days of delivery.
Prices, minimums and terms are subject to change at the discretion of Hospitality Mints, LLC. We are not liable for pricing in other publications,
websites or other sources that may be different from our pricing in this catalog.
Set-up Fee: $60(V) per color
Reorder Set-up Fee: $15(V) per color; reorder 5 cases, get one FREE reorder set-up charge $15(V)
Drop Ship Fee: $15(V) per additional location (Drop ships are multiple shipments on the same date to more than one location).
Change Order Fee: $15(V) per change within an order, such as ink and wrapper colors, flavor change, address change, etc.
Metallic Wrapper Fee: Metallic silver and Metallic gold wrappers additional fee of $10(V) per case.
New Art Paper Proof Fee: One free proof plus one revision. Additional revisions are $15(V) per change. Please specify email address to send
proof.
Reorder Proof Fee: $15(V) Please request on purchase order. (We do not automatically send a proof on reorders)
For Stock Orders: One case minimum
• Lead Time: Five production days plus shipping from receipt of complete purchase order
• No Set-up Fee
• Drop ship Fee: $15(V) per additional location
All stock items are made “to order” based on wrapper design and candy type. Any other combination of wrapper and/or candy is
considered custom. Stock wrappers cannot be customized.
Spec Samples: Individually Wrapped Mints: $130(P) includes 50 pieces of mints, white wrapper and one color imprint. For a two or three color
imprint add $60(V) set-up fee per color. Price increases to $150(P) for metallic gold or metallic silver wrappers. Lead Time: Ten production days
plus shipping. Please discuss time sensitive issues with Customer Service.
Samples: Standard sample kit includes a variety of mints and wrappers. Lead Time: Five production days plus shipping.
