5METHOD OF PAYMENT & TICKETING
Credit Card, Check or Wire Transfer: Credit Cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
Checks will not be accepted within two weeks of the event. Please make checks payable to UNITED CENTER. The pur-
chase of a Day-of-Event Rental Suite is non-refundable. The United Center must receive payment in full to confirm the
license of a Day-of-Event Rental Suite. If payment is not received in a timely manner, the Rental Suite may be licensed to
another party without notice.
Mobile Entry: Tickets and parking passes will be available upon receipt of full payment via ClickTix. All suite tickets
will be distributed as mobile tickets to aid in the contactless entry process. All mobile tickets must be displayed on a
smartphone for game entry and will feature a rotating barcode. As a result, screenshots or printouts will not work for
entry into the arena this year.
OTHER POLICIES & INFORMATION
No Bags: In accordance with new United Center health and safety protocols, no bags are allowed, including purses,
small clutches and handheld wallets. Very limited exceptions will be made for medically-required bags and diaper bags
(no larger than 14x14x6) when an infant is present.
Mandatory Masks: United Center guests over the age of two are required to wear a face mask that completely covers
their nose and mouth. Permitted masks must be worn at all times while inside the arena except when actively eating or
drinking.
Health Screening Requirements: The United Center is partnering with Health Pass by CLEAR to help guests enter the
building and confirm health screening requirements before the game. Guests will need to complete the CLEAR pre-arrival
health survey on gameday and have the completed bar code screen ready to show security upon arrival.
Streamlined Path of Travel: The arena will be split into dedicated entrance and exit points based on ticket location.
Guests will also have suggested parking options. Upon entry, fans must go directly to their seating level where they can
access their suite and restrooms dedicated to their area only.
Social Distancing: To assist with social distancing requirements, bar stools and extra furniture have been removed
from suites and club spaces. Unavailable seats in each suite and club’s seating areas have been zip-tied closed. We are
asking that guests do not mingle within the suite and club lounge areas and the suite level concourses.
