EXHIBITION JUROR & WORKSHOP INSTRUCTOR: Liana Bennett
I paint in acrylics, oils and mixed media. The figure challenges me to this day, and it will
always be the subject that I am pulled to. Abstracts and abstraction is another area I love
to explore. I’ve been in galleries, won some awards, juried some shows and been in some
books, but mostly just trudged along trying to reach that next elusive level of
competence in my art. The WHOLE art world amazes me, all of it, Sargent to Rothko.

EXHIBITION WORKSHOP INSTRUCTOR & GENERAL MEETING ARTIST: Liz Walker
In 1997 I quit my stressful job and devoted myself completely and wholeheartedly to
what I was put on this earth to do – PAINT. I have been known to paint up to 380
paintings in one year, while juggling teaching and jurying opportunities as well. It's the
best "job" in the world! Watercolor was my first medium of choice, but lately I have
mainly painted in acrylics and acrylic marbling. My paintings have been exhibited locally,
nationally and have won numerous awards. http://www.lizwalkerart.com
