Entry fee: 30 cents per entry
Prize Money: 1st $2.00, 2nd $1.00 unless otherwise stated
All exhibits must be with the steward NO LATER than
6.30pm Thursday March 25th 2021
The contents of this Schedule have been carefully compiled and are believed to be correct, the Committee will not be held
responsible for any errors or omissions.
Extra Classes maybe added at the Stewards discretion
Stewards have the right to reclassify entries if incorrectly entered.

Pensioners (aged & invalid) $3 Card to be shown
Note that NO MOVEMENT OF VEHICLES will be allowed within the grounds
between 9am & 4.15pm
Vehicles displaying valid Disabled stickers
must access via Gate 2 …on Park Ave during the hours of 9.00am – 4.15pm

Prize Presentation at 11.30am
Note to all families, there is a new trial this year for those entering more than
one child ….. you can enter all the entries for all children on the one sheet.
Please keep all the entries for each individual child together with a couple lines separating
each child to make the recording easier for the office.
If you have any questions just contact the office before the cut-off date…
Remember early entries make it easier for all, this is just the entry form not necessarily
bringing over the actual item for entry. This way you can just bring your children’s actual
item over before cut off time.
