30TH DIAMOND ANNIVERSARY
Since 1991, Children’s Flight of Hope (CFOH) has offered hope and healing
to families by providing air transportation to children in need of specialized
medical care.
For 30 years, CFOH has eliminated the financial burden of transportation
for thousands of families traveling to top medical centers across the
country seeking the best possible outcomes for their children. Once
medical and financial need are confirmed, we are a compassionate partner
throughout the child’s healthcare journey.
We invite you to join us as we celebrate our 30th anniversary, the impact
we have made, and the future that lies ahead.
HOW OUR DONORS HELP MAKE THIS HAPPEN:

National
Partners
American Airlines is our primary corporate partner. Their generous donation
of miles each year since 2016 has allowed us to broaden our reach and expand
our mission delivery. In addition to supporting our own client families, we assist
additional families as we administer the American Airlines “Miles for Our Well-
Being” program. This facilitates international and domestic travel for children
visiting Shriners Hospitals for Children and other medical partners throughout
the United States.
Southwest Airlines continues to provide an annual Medical Transportation
Support Grant to CFOH with travel vouchers for expanded mission
impact. We are grateful for this generous contribution and the support it
offers our families.

We purchase one-way or round-trip tickets from all major airlines on behalf of Commercial
our client families. For each mission request, we provide reservations for the child Ticket
and one adult travel companion. Generous donors and corporate sponsors make Purchases
this possible and allow us to serve more children across the country.
3 The most medically vulnerable children are sometimes unable to fly on a
commercial airline, so when resources allow, we arrange a private flight option
