AvantLink is the official Affiliate partner of Snowbound and this relationship allows you to grow your business
through sales generated by referral links incorporated into original content on the Snowbound website.
Snowbound’s digital platform drives consumer engagement for brands, resorts and retailers while also
providing additional value through the use of unique curated content that will raise awareness, drive purchase
intent and facilitate strong sales through the power of the AvantLink affiliate network.
• We have secured special rates with Avantlink for those brands that don’t currently have an affiliate
program and want to take part in Snowbound’s affiliate marketing program
• AvantLink’s one-time integration fee and network commission rates have been significantly discounted
and they are waiving all monthly minimums and Saas fees
• Snowbound offers a variety of opportunities to integrate your products and brand story into unique,
original content on Snowboundfest.com every month
• Snowbound Festival will receive a commission on all sales tracked through our affiliate program on
AvantLink.

Every great resort is made up of more than one mountain – rather a collection of peaks. Each peak offers
different experiences and opportunities for the skier or boarder to enjoy their surroundings. Similarly, a great
winter festival is about more than just skiing and snowboarding – it’s about the entire winter lifestyle. The
Snowbound Festivals will offer a range of immersive activities and opportunities for exploration for allattendees, organized into focused areas – or “peaks” located throughout the exhibit hall. The peaks ensure that
there will be consistent attendee traffic to all sections of the Snowbound Festival experience. This is your

the Festival that will include installations from some of the top artists, photographers, product designers and
creators in the winter industry. This opportunity associates your brand with one of the most expressive and
influential areas of the entire Snowbound Festival. Live mural painting, historical ski and snowboard displays,
artist meet and greets and more will all be presented by your brand!

that allow consumers to step into a scenic element that is immersive and authentic to the winter lifestyle. Your
brand will be integrated into the photo op so your branding is captured in each photo captured. Consumers do it

MOBILE APP PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
The Snowbound Team will send custom push notifications direct to all Snowbound Mobile App users. This is a
great way to raise awareness for your products, direct people to your booth and generate additional awareness
during the Festivals.

AISLE SIGN BANNERS – EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY
This is an exclusive opportunity to brand every aisle sign at the Snowbound Festival with your imagery. We’re
offering the chance to have unparalleled branding within the exhibit hall floor with your logo incorporated into
our aisle signs. Your aisle banners will incorporate a drop-down numerical sign mounted below for easy
navigation of the exhibit hall, leaving the banner space for your branding and content. Aisle banners may be up
to 8’ wide x 10’ tall and all are double-sided for maximum brand exposure.

METERBOARDS
Drive consumers to your booth by featuring your graphics on a double-sided meterboard sign that can be
placed anywhere and everywhere at Snowbound Festival. The signs are 3’ wide and almost 8’ tall and all
production and labor costs are included in the sponsorship. You design the graphics and we take care of the
rest!

Put your logo in a high-profile location on every Snowbound Festival Staff and Crew member. Our team's official
apparel can be seen every day of the Snowbound Festivals! Our staff and crew can wear co-branded shirts,
hoodies, vests and more. The Snowbound team will work with you to design something functional for our team
while still providing a high-impact branding opportunity for you!

Snowbound Festival Exhibitors. Our team will distribute the materials overnight so all of our exhibitors arriving

branding opportunity for you. Located conveniently in the exhibit hall at the end of set-up on Thursday, this
unique opportunity helps you reach exhibitors and industry leaders as well as serving as the kickoff party for the
Snowbound Festivals.

INFO BOOTH/REGISTRATION COUNTER HANDOUTS
The Snowbound Festivals have lots of exciting panels, exhibitors and guests that consumers want to
experience! With so much amazing content it can be very hard for our attendees to keep it all straight and that’s
where our Info Booths come in! Our Info Booths are important locations at the Festivals that provide helpful
information to our attendees. An Info Booth Handout is a perfect opportunity for you to reach Snowbound
Festival attendees that are looking for show information. Our Registration Counters are also a very high traffic
area of the show where attendees come to purchase or pick up their Snowbound Festival tickets. We will
proudly display your brand literature on all of our info booth counters and registration counters in the Lodge
area of the Festival. You will capitalize on the heavy traffic we see at all of our Info Booths and Registration
Counters all weekend long!

STREET TEAMS
Create your own signature group to roam Snowbound Festival and our lobby to hand out swag and prizes and
directly engage fans in an authentic way. These sponsorships are a memorable way to personally introduce
fans to your brand.
• Four (4) exhibitor badges/wristbands for your staff/models/influencers
• Sponsor ribbons to be worn with exhibitor badges/wristbands to indicate approved street team sponsor
• The right to distribute marketing materials in designated public space at the show on the day purchased
• Includes an option to upgrade the program to add up to four (4) additional street team members

The Snowbound experience doesn’t stop at the end of the Festivals. The Festivals are the official kick off of

feature unique digital content as well as content captured live at the Festivals for the rest of the season
Our digital platform offers a variety of ways for you to engage our audience of winter enthusiasts and build upon
the excitement of the Snowbound Festivals for the remainder of the winter season.
CONSUMER RESEARCH
We know our consumers better than anyone else because we do a significant amount of consumer research all
year long. At the close of the Snowbound Festivals we send out a consumer research survey to gather
important insights into their experience at the Snowbound Festivals as well as their plans for the coming
season. You are able to access our full post show consumer report and include one or two questions directly
related to your brand. Additional consumer reports are available throughout the year with your SIA
Membership.
