Welcome FROM THE President On behalf of ISAPS, it gives me great pleasure to invite you to our 24th Biennial Global Congress in beautiful South Beach Miami in Florida - an international gateway where the fusion of beauty, aesthetics and international culture is like nowhere else in the world. This Congress will be unlike any other. We are honored to bring you the absolute best world-class faculty representing 45 countries and a scientific program that is both cutting edge and best-of-the-best.
