Space Only
Space only consists of bare floor space inside
one of our pavilions. Best suited to companies
Exhibition Booth who wish to construct their own exhibition stand.
Exhibition Booths include carpeted floor space, Exhibitors must provide their own flooring, walls and
walls, fascia board bearing your company name, lighting. All stand designs must be approved when
site power and lighting. submitting your application.

Each of the commercial pavilions have a different fee structure. Please contact our Sales Team to secure a
commercial site tailored to your specific needs.
RA&HS Membership
It is a requirement that all commercial exhibitors are members of the Royal Agricultural & Horticultural Society of
SA Inc. A membership fee is added to the balance invoice.
Public Liability Insurance
The RA&HS has arranged a blanket Public Liability policy in respect of commercial exhibitors (exclusions apply).
