The Private Sector Liaison Officer, based
within the Accommodation Office, can give
you detailed local advice and support you
in finding the right place to live. We work
closely with local landlords and advise and
assist students with house-hunting.
We also run an interactive online resource
of private rented accommodation called
Falmouth and Penryn Student Pad (see link
below) which includes a database of available
student properties.

To help students looking for private sector
accommodation for the first time, we run
house hunting sessions as well as drop-in
sessions every week in term-time and
produce a useful house hunting checklist.
