Digitization/Industry 4.0, new legal requirements, innova-

which are characterized by individualization and and sus-
tainability, are subjecting the packaging industry to strong
change. At FachPack 2021, we will be presenting innova-
tions from the various REA product lines.
Under the motto „Print - Apply - Verify“ we will show you

REA LabelTower
Avoid incorrect labeling
Label content: Text, language
and verify code quality easily
The „REA LabelTower“ is the latest result of a
partnership agreement and new development
between Strelen Control Systems GmbH and
REA Elektronik GmbH.
Incorrect labels are detected at an early stage
by an overall system that thinks for itself –
incorrect labeling is successfully avoided.
Layout control (plain text, language, graphic
elements) and quality control of 1D and
2D codes (readability, contrast, print and
standard-compliant code quality)
are performed.

The new REA VeriMax is specially
designed for fully integrated
installation in production lines.
It provides inline quality inspection
of 1D and 2D codes while produc-
tion is running at normal speed.
Due to its small dimensions,
the REA VeriMax finds its
place in every production line.

REA JET HR (Hi-Res Inkjet)
Wet-on-wet direct printing
For transparent or translucent
film packaging, REA has developed a new,
contact-free direct printing technology to print codes and
plain text with the required contrast. In one step, the system
creates a white ink field and immediately print onto it with
black ink. The color field and marking then dry together in a
very short time and deliver a clear and well legible print image.
The purity of the material is maintained, which greatly simplifies
recycling.
REA JET Touch Controller
Precise and intuitive operation
Universal controller with touch operation
REA gives a preview of the expansion of the Titan operating
platform and shows the new touch controller generation for
industrial use. The different REA JET printing technologies
can be controlled by touch – intuitive use with high operating
comfort.

REA JET GK 2.0 (Hi-Res Inkjet, Piezo)
Versatile and multiline
100 mm print height on absorbent surfaces
The new generation of print heads with improved
performance of the REA JET GK 2.0 (Hi-Res Inkjet,
Piezo) produces high-contrast printing results on
porous and and absorbent surfaces such as card-
board, paper paper or wood and improves the
reading rates of barcodes and Data Matrix Codes.

REA LABEL – High-speed servo labeling system
Flexible application of shipping labels onto cardboard boxes
Top performance in printing and dispensing speed of up to
2500 products per hour, as well as high print quality character-
ize the new REA LABEL servo labeler. It dispenses shipping
labels quickly and precisely onto cardboard boxes or packages
of different heights. The servo electric dispensing applicator
significantly increases the degree of automation in production.
The REA LABEL pallet labeling system, which is also new and
was developed and manufactured in-house, labels up to three
sides of your pallets at standstill. The system is operated via
a 7 inch touch panel.

Our marking professionals Frank Debusmann (Sales Director
National) and Daniel Wege (Business Development Manager)
visit REA customers and partners. On site they show the
processes behind the scenes and explain the role of markings
in the industry and how coding and marking can be applied.
