C ON T E N T S During a challenging time that has left none of us untouched, we’re looking forward
with great confidence. The Hochfirst, with its spacious architecture and distinctive
service concept, was seemingly made to make your holiday both pleasant and safe.
06-07 Ambiance Ample free space for each individual guest has always been part of our standard
08-11 Space to Enjoy repertoire. We will also implement additional hygiene measures in all areas of the
12–13 Vinothek "Santé" hotel in order to offer you the greatest possible safety in your home away from home.
14–17 Alpine Spa In summer, we will again carry out renovation work in the hotel to surprise you with

at Hochfirst. Featuring freshly prepared eggs from the show kitchen and
organic corner, get the day started right with a rich breakfast buffet that
leaves nothing to be desired. Your batteries charged with so much good
energy, let the new holiday begin!
In the evening, our kitchen team will treat you to an exquisite 6-course
gourmet menu, which creatively interprets down-to-earth cuisine and
provides for highly pleasant surprises on the palate in our exquisite par-
lours. In addition to the set menu, you can choose from several options
to put together your own à la carte menu. With the matching fine wine
from our first-class wine cellar, you can toast the wonderful experiences
of the day in style.
Also, for those moments of hunger in between, our kitchen team will
pamper you with its à la carte menu (for an extra charge) on the sun
terrace, at the pool restaurant and in our main restaurant.

Wine Tastings & Private Dining
It is a matter close to our hearts to allow your passion for fine wines to
truly take flight. The "Santé" vinothek has been curated for this express
purpose: This impressive venue boasts a stylish setting for wine tastings
with our sommelier or for an exclusive private dinner with fondue or
gourmet menu. The table, which is made of old oak-barrel wood, is one of
a kind. It was crafted exclusively for the Hochfirst out of 6,500 litre
Zweigelt barrels sourced from the Domäne Wachau Dürnstein winery.
In our walk in wine vinothek, you will find rarities from the best
wine-growing regions in the world.

spacious 1,500 m² facility offers everything the body and mind need to
