What and when is Blue Out Friday?
Answer:
In honor of National Survivors of Suicide Loss Day, we will be holding
a blue out on Friday, November 19th.
See page 4 of these announcements for more information.

ANIME CLUB
Anime Club will be meeting TODAY from
2:45pm—3:45pm in the Media Center.
We will be finishing our movie:
My Hero Academia: Hero Rising
BLUE OUT FRIDAY
In honor of National Survivors of Suicide Loss Day, we will be holding
a blue out on Friday, November 19th.
Wear as much blue as possible!
A photo booth will also be available during
all three lunches. You can get your picture taken with your friends for
$1.00 and the proceeds will go to the National Suicide Prevention and
Awareness project.

LOCAL scholarships are ready for you to fill out. Here is your chance
to win FREE money for college!! These are the local scholarships that
are awarded on Senior Honors Night.
Follow the easy directions to start the process:
1. Go to Google Classroom.
2. Click the plus sign (+)
3. Put in the class code: Z4ffurr
4. 2022 Scholarships will appear
5. Read and follow directions carefully. Scroll through the many
scholarship opportunities and start filling them out!

ATTENTION ATHLETES who have committed to play at the next level.
We have three athletic signing ceremonies scheduled.
Please go to the Athletic Office to fill out the paperwork and participate
in one of the signing ceremonies.

ALL athletes MUST have a sport physical on file in the athletic office
(dated on or after April 15, 2021) to be eligible to participate in tryouts. NO
exceptions.
Athletes must also fill out & turn in the athletic registration packet
(located on the Davison Community Schools website) to the athletic office
PRIOR to the 1st day of tryouts. Yellow cards are given to the Coach on
the 1st day of tryouts by participating athletes.

ATTENTION ALL 9TH & 10TH GRADERS
Students who will be in the 10th or 11th grade NEXT year are invited
to sign up in the guidance office to hear a presentation from the
Genesee Career Institute (GCI).
This will be held on Monday, November 29th, during 2nd hour
in the auditorium.
SIGN UP IN THE GUIDANCE OFFICE IF YOU WANT TO
PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT!
ALL STUDENTS
DHS is a CLOSED campus for lunches.
This means you can’t drive off campus for
lunch unless you have a pass from attendance.
TEST OUTS
You have until Friday, November 19,
you may sign up for test outs in the Guidance Office.
These test outs will take place the week of January 3, 2022.

After School Tutoring
NHS members are available for after school
tutoring. Tutoring is held every Tuesday and
Thursday right after school until 3:30pm.
Students who need help just have to show up to
the library with whatever assignments they
need assistance with and our tutors will
happily help them out!
BIBLE CLUB
Come hang out with friends and play games
at Bible Club. We meet every Thursday.
