S Bib Pick Up by Team / Club.
S 8:30 to 10:00 am outside race office upstairs.
S 1 person per Team / Club for pick-up.
S   Pick up chip on the way to the start. Athlete must show their bib.
S   Bibs and chips will be collected by a volunteer at the finish.

There is a $100 replacement fee for lost bibs or chips.
Athlete will not be allowed to race until payment is made or bib/chip is returned.

S Technique: diagonal stride or herringbone without glide

S Turning: looking for:
  S A good edge on the outside ski
  S Inside ski turning in a new direction with flat ski or on outside
     edge. The inside ski should never be on an inside edge.
