Competition Categories
The 2018 Provincial Championships will crown champions in Provincial and National level for all 4
Gymnastics Disciplines:
Women’s’ Artistic Gymnastics
Men’s’ Artistic Gymnastics
Trampoline and Tumbling Gymnastics
Rhythmic Gymnastics
Competition Venue
The Event will be held in the Alfred Jenkins Field House – 2787 10 Ave W, Prince Albert, SK. S6V 0S2
Registration Fees
$125/athlete for Provincial Championships
Additional $20 for RG athletes competing in both Individual and Group events
$50/coach
Please make one cheque per club payable to Gymnastics Saskatchewan
Registration Process and Deadline
The Registration Spreadsheet can be found on the Gym Sask website - just click on the Provincials
item on the Event Calendar.
Excel Registration forms - including Judge Registrations - must be emailed to crussell@gymsask.com
by APRIL 27th.
Cheques (with a copy of the summary sheet) must be mailed to the Gymnastics Saskatchewan, 300 –
1734 Elphinstone Street, Regina, SK S4T 1K1. Envelopes must be postmarked no later than April 27th.
Athlete waivers should be mailed or email to Prince Albert Gymnastics Club.
Cheque and summary sheet should be mailed to Gym Sask.
A late registration fee of $25/athlete will be applied after April 27th.
Refunds will be issued for medical reasons only upon receipt of a doctor’s certificate by May 10th,
2018.

Judge Registration Deadline
Judges’ names MUST be submitted in the registration spreadsheet by April 27th or a fine of $25 per
required judge will be applied in addition to any judging fines.
Judging fines are as per the technical regulations for each discipline.Coach Certification
Only coaches with minimum NCCP Competition-Introduction Certified or Level 2 Certified will be
allowed on the competition floor.
Exemption requests must be sent to Gymnastics Saskatchewan prior to registration.
Equipment
WAG and MAG equipment will be AAI equipment supplied by Skyline Athletics and will be for sale at
the completion of the competition. A complete price list of equipment for sale will be posted in the
Events section of the Gym Sask website under Provincials. TTG equipment will be Rebound products.
Rhythmic Scripts & Music
Music and required scripts must be properly labelled and submitted to Dalena at
djuarez@gymsask.com by April 27th. Please send both the scripts and the music together as one
shared Dropbox folder-do not send files separately via email.

REGISTRATION
All athletes, coaches and judges must be registered using the 2018
PROVINCIALS REGISTRATION FORM found on the Gym Sask website.
STEPS to register:
1. Click on the link to the Excel Registration spreadsheet which is
found on the Gym Sask website - just click on the Provincials item
on the Event Calendar.
2. Save the spreadsheet to your computer
3. Add all athletes, judges and coaches to the appropriate sheet - see
the tabs along the bottom
4. Calculate fees owing on the Summary tab
5. Save spreadsheet and email to crussell@gymsask.com
6. Mail cheque with copy of the summary sheet and waivers to Gym
