Membership renewal begins April 1, and you won’t want to miss our one-day only
Opening Day incentive – along with all the other 2021 spring renewal incentives
like the chance to earn a “Leader’s Day Off!” Keep the fun of Girl Scouts going all

  Renew Your Membership April 1

Is your service unit still in the hunt to win the Take it to the Hoop bracket
challenge? We're now down to 32 service units going head-to-head to see who
has the highest PGA.

Our goal is to collectively sell a total of 700,000 more packages for a total of 2.3
million packages. If we do that, the winning Take it to the Hoop service unit will
receive individual Indiana Fever prize packs plus an exclusive Take it to the Hoop
jacket for every single one of their selling girls, troop leaders, and troop cookie
manager.

On Friday, the bracket will go down to 16! Good luck to all service units.

GSUSA Advisory Council
The Girl Advisory Board of GSUSA is now forming. A great experience for older
girls, the board will work with the national office on key projects aligned with
national strategy. Learn more and apply before March 31.

Create your own STEM experience as you choose from dozens of hands-on
activities, live events, and fun challenges! With activities for girls from
kindergarten through 12th grade — and you don’t have to be a Girl Scout to
join the fun! Families, parents, and caregivers are also welcome. We will have
special activities for you and fun ways you can learn more about Girl Scouts.

Join us on April 17 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET (or any time at your
convenience in between). Please register for the event, made possible by
generous support from AT&T.

We’ll send you an event program and your own personal event planner so you
can start planning your day.

campfire under the stars, or hiking the beautiful Indiana hillsides with your family
or Girl Scout sisters?

We think that all girls deserve to have amazing outdoors experiences and you
must agree, because our camps are filling up fast! We are already over 50

Birthday Parties!
Birthdays are a wonderful time to celebrate, did you know we have amazing
birthday partys at Camp Dellwood? Plan your party at Camp Dellwood and have
your very own party host do all the games and activities while you sit back and
enjoy the party. There is something fun for everyone K-12!

With so many kindergarten registration opportunities taking place online, Girl Scouts of
Central Indiana wants to help make sure that girls and their caregivers are prepared and
have the chance to meet others in their local neighborhoods, as they head to school in
the fall and begin their educational journey!

Girl Scout Kindergarten Buddies is designed specifically for pre-k and kindergarten girls
and is available in both English and Spanish. It provides an opportunity to meet other
girls in their area through a local event, a summer magazine, and a membership to join a
Girl Scout troop in the fall!

Kaleidoscope 2021

Kaleidoscope, April 5 - 10, is a week of adult learning opportunities that all adult
volunteers are invited to attend. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills,
receive important planning information, and to have fun! Spring Kaleidoscope is
open to ALL registered adults, not just troop leaders.

Pop-Up Shop Events
Spring programs are popping up all over central Indiana. Mark your calendar for
Pop-Up Shop + Program events throughout March. And be sure to grab your spring
Girl Scout gear at First Saturday Pop-Up Shop locations on April 3.

2021 Girl Scout Scholarships
Applications are now being accepted for Girl Scouts who are pursuing a post-
secondary path. The application is easy and includes options for job skills, trade
school, and college. Application deadline March 31. Apply today.

Volunteer Appreciation Month
April is volunteer month! Our incredible volunteers deserve to be recognized often,
but during April in particular, we love to let them know just how special they are and
encourage parents and girls to do so as well. Watch for our special Volunteer
Appreciation landing page with great ideas coming April 1.

Love your Planet
Get outdoors and show Mother Earth some love by signing up for the earth friendly
events on our April calendar.
