ITALIAN OPEN EMIR CUP IN SHOTGUN
                           10th - 17th of June 2019
                          - GENERAL INFORMATIONS -

1. THE RANGE

  The Umbriaverde Shooting Complex is situated in the green heart of Italy, near to the medi
  eval city of Todi, only 75 min. away from Rome airports and 95 min. from Florence.
  The Umbriaverde Shooting range is a polyvalent complex with 7 combined Trap, Skeet,
  Double Trap and Sporting layouts, equipped with the best shooting machines (Laporte,
  Mattarelli, Promatic, Rossini, Mac System and Fab).
  The Umbriaverde Shooting Complex is also an accomodation facility with 32 comfortable
  suites, singles and double rooms, each uniquely decorated are furnished in a modern style
  with particular attention to the complement of design, furniture and fabric.
  Each room comes with a mini-bar, and Wi Fi connection ensuring a relaxing visit in this
  elegant country residence.
  The Wellness Center is a little gem, a place where water, colors and sounds will give you a
  magical and relaxing atmosphere for you and your senses.
  A large gym equipped with Technogym machinery, wellness center credited Jacuzzi with
  sauna, Turkish bath, chromotherapy shower, Jacuzzi, dressing rooms for massage and
  physiotherapy, an outdoor swimming pool are all at your complete disposal during the
  event.
  The Umbriaverde Shooting Complex has a restaurant that offers to its guests typical
  Umbrian cuisine.
  From pastes all made strictly by hand, to local grilled meats, all the products are
  organically grown in vegetable garden.
  The extra virgin olive oil that accompanies the cooked dishes and legumes are produced by
   the own farm respecting the Mediterranean diet.
  The Umbriaverde Shooting Complex hosts inside an expert Stock Maker who is at your
  disposal to build or custom-made only for you the stock for all kind of shotguns that you
  could try directly at
  the range.

2. EVENTS – CATEGORIES
   Trap: Men ID Number, Men No ID Number, Veterans, Women, Junior Men & Women, Para-Trap.
   Skeet: Men ID Number, Men No ID Number, Veterans, Women, Junior Men & Junior Women.
   Double Trap: Men , Woman.
   Mix Events: Trap, Skeet, Double Trap.
   Trap Team: National & Club (3 components)
   Skeet Team: National & Club (3 components)
   Double Trap Team: National & Club (3 components)

3. ENTRY FEES – COSTS OF TRAINING
   Entry fee per shooter per event                        € 150
   Entry fee per Team per event                           € 60
   Entry fee per Mix Team per event                       € 60
   Training cost per round (Trap , Skeet, Double Trap) € 8
   Double Entry (entry fee for two competitions)         € 250
   Official Training will be open and not included in the Entry fees.

4. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
   Participants must submit a completed Entry Form to Umbriaverde Shooting Complex by e-mail.
   The payment of the entry fees will be carried out at the range upon arrival.
   Payments have to be made in Euro. Credit cards will be accepted .

5.    SHOTGUN PERMITS AND CUSTOMS FORMALITIES
     All shooters must contact our organizing committee in order to obtain a temporary firearm
     import permit. The FIREARM AND AMMUNITION FORM DULY FILLED IN must be submitted by
     e-mail at umbriaverdesporting@gmail.com

6.    AMMUNITION
     The customs authority will allow participants to import with them all the necessary ammunition
     that will be used for the competition.
     The cartridges will be available for sale at the shooting range:
     RC, B&P, FIOCCHI, CHEDDITE, NOBEL SPORT, BORNAGHI and CLEVER at € 5 – 8 per box of No.25.

7.   ENTRY VISAS

     Entry Visas for participants will be issued according to the Italian Visa procedure.
     The Italian Shooting Federation will assist the participants in obtaining the Entry Visa.
     The VISA REQUEST FORM must be sent for each participant together with the a passport copy.
     All the documents above must be sent by e-mail to the Italian Shooting Federation at: visa@fitav.it
     mentioning Umbriaverde - Emir Cup 2019.

8.   ACCOMODATION & LOCAL TRANSPORTATION

     Participants will be responsible for their own accommodation and means of local transportation.
     The Umbriaverde Sporting Resort, conveniently located in the shooting complex guarantees
     special rates during the event and will be glad also to arrange the accommodation in other Hotels
     close to the range offering agreed prices. The Organizing Committee could organize the transfer
     service from the Rome airports to each accommodation facilities (and return) if request.

9.    WEATHER
     On June, the weather in Italy is very pleasant with an average temperature between 15 °C during
     the night and 32 °C during the day.

10. DEADLINES
    All relevant Forms (Entry Form, Visa Request Form and Firearm and Ammunition Form) must be
    filled in and returned by 20th of May 2019.
