This May, 110 years of the greatest moments, traditions and heroes in racing converge for a month-
long appreciation of the stories that built today’s foundation and set the course for the future. This May,
we celebrate “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing.” This May is reserved for the 105th Running of the
Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge. To commemorate this occasion, we have produced three
limited-edition collector NFTs. The Silver Edition NFT is limited to forty (40) editions, the Gold Edition
NFT is limited to nine (9) editions, and the Platinum Edition NFT is the crown jewel of the collection as
a 1-of-1 offering.

At 111-years old, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway is the oldest continually operating racetrack in the
United States and is known as The Greatest Race Course in the World. With more than 250,000
permanent seats, it is the world's largest sports seating facility and hosts the largest single-day
sporting event in the world, the Indianapolis 500. This is 105th running of the Indianapolis 500, and we
have created a Commemorative Coin that will be produced in three limited-edition collector NFTs. The

The 105th running of the Indianapolis 500 will be unlike any previous race. Trail-blazing motorsports
icon Danica Patrick will drive the 2021 mid-engine Chevrolet Corvette Stingray hardtop convertible at
the 105th Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge on Sunday, May 30, returning to the track where
she made racing history. Patrick will lead the field of 33 cars to the green flag for “The Greatest
Spectacle in Racing” on the 2.5-mile oval at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. To commemorate this
year’s race we have produced four (4) limited-edition collector NFTs, with each being a 1-of-1 offering.

WHEN DOES THE AUCTION BEGIN FOR THE NFT’S and HOW
LONG DOES THE AUCTION LAST?
NFTs are available for auction now! The Indianapolis 500 Commemorative NFT Collection is being
offered exclusively on OpenSea.io. All auctions will close on Saturday June 5 at 8pm PDT / 11PM
EDT.
For Auctions, all editions will be sold to the highest bidder, English auction style. Any bids placed
during the final 10 minutes of the auction will automatically extend the end time by 10 minutes in order
to allow users who have been outbid a chance to increase their bids.

HOW WILL THE AUCTIONs WORK?
All editions will be sold to the highest bidder, English auction style.

Users may place bids across multiple editions as soon as the auction begins.
All auction will close on Saturday June 5 at 8pm PDT / 11PM EDT.
At the end of the auction, each of the highest bidders will instantly receive their NFTs in their crypto
wallet!
If you do not win the auction, your money will be returned to you.
