On Post Hulu Issues
AAFES Approved Internet Vendor is TKS

• Issue: TKS IPs are being blocked by Hulu.

• This is a Germany wide problem on all garrisons.

• Hulu requires an Exception to Policy (ETP) for military communities overseas.
Customers should work through AAFES and TKS.

• Alternative solution: VPNs
