Awarded, Multi-instrumentalist, Musician,
Composer, Music Video Director and
voiceover in Swiss cinemas…
Anthony Cedric Vuagniaux was born on April 27,
1977 in Geneva.
Passionate about old electronic machines and all
ethnic, curious and rare instruments since the age
of 6, making all his soundtracks from the score up
to the mastering, still using old tape for recording.
Awarded more than 10 times in many film festivals
(Moondance, LA Film Awards…) in the USA for his
videos and soundtracks.
His compositions show you their 1950s - 1970s
sound qualities as well as rhythms and melodies
with multiple cinematographic characters including
crazy synthesizers and tape modulations.
Anthony Cedric Vuagniaux is also making his own
videos to illustrate his musical compositions.
MUSICOGRAPHY (as Anthony Cedric Vuagniaux)
With his unique sounding music (no sample used), Anthony
Cedric Vuagniaux has been many times introduced as an
"ovni" a "musical autist of cinematography and electronic
music, also as the 60s-70s composer’s dignified legacy by
the fact that he writes, plays, records, mixes and masters
himself all his compositions in his studio saturated with
curious and rare musical instruments of all ethnicities,
synthesizers, organs and old analog tape recorders.
Anthony Cedric composed the official soundtracks of many
swiss institutions (La Comédie de Genève 2015-2016, 2016-
2017, Le musée d’Ethnographie 2016, Swatch clocks,
Noctambus…) and has released more than 20 albums and
eps along his musical career.

bands to put stories with a cinematographic
aspect on their beautiful tracks.
Anthony has won 10 awards in the USA for his
work and has been officialy selected on 16
international festivals.
