About the Masters
Golf Championship at
Augusta National
From April 8-14, 2019, the world’s best golfers will converge upon Augusta National Golf
Course, home to the prestigious Masters Tournament, for one of professional golf’s
major tournaments. The Masters is a 72-hole, four-day contest, with three practice
rounds prior to the tournament rounds. The Masters history is steeped in tradition. In
addition to a huge purse, the winner also receives a lifetime invitation to the Masters,
an invitation to every major tournament in the following five years, and the iconic and
much coveted green jacket.
Home of the Masters, Augusta National Golf Course was founded by golf legend Bobby
Jones and businessman Clifford Roberts in 1931. Jones was fascinated by the rolling
terrain of the former indigo plantation and commercial nursery and used the space to
copy holes from his favorite fairways around the world. In 1934 he invited the world’s
best golfers to a contest there and the Masters was born.

Augusta National Golf Club
Amen Corner have it taken down after it interfered with

Day 1 – Friday, April 12, 2019
Today you arrive in Augusta for the 2019 Masters Golf Tournament. Upon arrival at the
airport, you will be met by your personal chauffeur who will take you to the Sheraton
Augusta Hotel, your home for the next three nights. Nestled in the heart of Augusta,
this newly built property puts you in the perfect location to fully experience the Masters.
After you have checked in and freshened up from your travels, you will be met by your
Roadtrips Onsite Host for a welcome drink to review your personalized itinerary and the
opportunity to ask your host any questions or make any requests.
This evening your chauffeur will meet you in the lobby and transport you to Calvert’s.
As one of Augusta’s most well known fine dining establishments, Calvert’s has earned
a reputation for their gracious southern hospitality and delicious food. After enjoying
dinner, your chauffeur will be ready and waiting to return you to your hotel.
Day 2 – Saturday, April 13, 2019
This morning you will be met by your chauffeur for transportation to beautiful Augusta
National Golf Course for Round 3 of the 2019 Masters Golf Tournament. Your chauffeur
will take you directly to the Legends Club, your hospitality facility located just a short
walk from the main gates of Augusta National. Here you can enjoy a buffet breakfast
before making your way onto the course to take in today’s competition. With your
hospitality passes, you will be able to return to the Club at anytime during the day,
including for lunch, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, or to check out the action
on the many viewing screens. Once you have had your fill of today’s exciting Round 3
competition, your chauffeur will be ready and waiting to return you to your hotel.
After freshening up from your day at the course, your chauffeur will meet you in the
hotel lobby and transport you to Frog Hollow Tavern for dinner this evening. You’ll enjoy

Today is the pinnacle of one of the golfing world’s most exciting tournaments, the
final round of the 2019 Masters. This morning you will be met by your chauffeur for
transportation to Augusta National Golf Course. You will again enjoy the hospitality of
the Legends Club before heading to the course. From the first drive to the last putt,
today will be the culmination of days of hard-fought competition among some of the
golfing world’s best. Whether you want to follow your favorite golfer or hope to see as
many match-ups as possible, your passes will allow you the freedom to choose how you
would like to witness the final round of this year’s tournament.
After taking in the Presentation Ceremony, your chauffeur will be ready and waiting
to return you to your hotel for your last evening in Augusta. After the excitement of
today, we suggest a relaxing dinner at the Sheraton’s own Prime 1079 Steakhouse. This
American steakhouse features a menu with a southern flair served in a sophisticated
and relaxed atmosphere, the perfect place to unwind after your thrilling day on the

Day 4 – Monday, April 15, 2019
Enjoy breakfast at your leisure in the charming surroundings of the Sheraton Hotel
