Introduction
MLI International Schools provides Junior
Language Courses in Ireland and the UK.
We have over twenty years’ experience in the business and with our
expertise we currently operate summer centres throughout Ireland and
the UK and are continuing to expand year on year. We welcome many
students across our centres in Edinburgh, Liverpool, Loughborough
London, Portsmouth, Dublin, Galway and Limerick. We also run low
season courses for closed junior groups in Dublin.

MLI Academic
Programme
Here at MLI we have a dynamic approach to
‘TEENching’. Our methodology is exciting,
empowering and enjoyable.
MLI’s educational philosophy is based upon the idea
that learning in the summer course setting should
break from the normal classroom routine and be
FUN. We want our students to learn to communicate

effectively in English with confidence and eagerness.
Levels: Beginner to Advanced,
After sitting a placement test on arrival, students according to the CEFR Framework
are placed in classes according to their level and Class size: Max 15 students
age. Students study 15 hours of English per week, Morning lessons are usually from
3 hours per day Monday to Friday (unless otherwise 9am to 12.30pm
arranged). We usually run a zigzag programme - Afternoon lessons are usually from
2pm to 5.30pm
first week with morning lessons; second week with
afternoon lessons.
Trinity Exams are available on request.

MLI Social
Programme
The MLI Social Programme is another
important part of the MLI course. The
activities and excursions included
complement the academic programme and
encourage the students to mix together and
continue to improve their English.
Designed with juniors and teenagers in mind, we
choose activities and excursions that will enhance
the student experience, help them learn about
and experience local culture, maximise their
English skills, but also have FUN!
There are activities running on and off-site almost
every afternoon and evening. We schedule a MLI students outside Big Ben
range of different options so there is something for
everyone – sports, scavenger hunt, fashion show,
disco, quiz night etc – as well as local cultural
visits.

Introduction to
Summer Courses
Junior summer programmes are a popular choice for
students aged 10-17 to improve their English language
skills and have a fun-filled cultural experience during
their school holidays.
MLI International Schools aims to provide a memorable
experience for students visiting the UK and Ireland.
Through our diverse locations, chosen for the quality on-
campus facilities, accommodation and proximity to famous
cities and places of interest, we ensure that students learn
and see as much as possible during their stay with us.
At MLI International Schools we have a number of returnee
staff that work for us every summer, ensuring the standards
we expect are met and the students are in safe hands.
