Water Exercise Classes

The Waukee Family YMCA offers a variety of drop-in water exercise classes which provide a great workout while
being gentle on your joints. Water workouts are a great alternative to the impact that land based workouts can place
on your body. Participants are encouraged to work at their own level of ability while having an opportunity to make
new friends. Many groups are spotted having a cup of coffee together in the lobby after class!
Water exercise classes are free to YMCA members. Please stop by our Welcome Center or visit www.dmymca.org for
Water Exercise class schedules. Schedules are also available on our mobile app: YMCA of Greater Des Moines (be
