     What is IPV?
     • Domestic (or intimate partner) violence
       describes a pattern of abusive behavior that
       allows one partner to gain or maintain
       power and control over the other.
     • Any behavior within an intimate relationship
       that causes physical, psychological or
       sexual harm to those in the relationship,
       including acts of physical aggression, sexual
       coercion, psychological abuse and
       controlling behaviors.
