HUMAN RESOURCES GRADUATE
Date: May 2019
Location: Lyttelton Port Company (LPC)
Responsible to: HR Services Delivery Manager
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
To support the HR team in effective delivery of a high performing HR Service maintaining exceptional
customer services by providing HR support across the employee life cycle. This includes support and
co-ordination around the design, implementation and maintenance of ‘best practice’ human resources
systems, policies, processes and resources.
