StudioVIX designs and produces functional interior objects

‘We use durable materials and do apply circular design principles.
All our products are produced with the highest care in the
Netherlands. They are well packed and transported by well select-
ed furniture logistic partners.
We started StudioVIX after having gained many years of product
development experience, having worked for and built up inter-
national leading design brands. We developed over 250 products,
from idea, to production, to aftercare. Many products we have
worked on gained international design awards. Designing a quality
product requires an integral design approach: user, usage context,
easthetics, material, construction, production, logistics, economics,
environment..... , all have to be taken into consideration to come to
a product which remains a pleasure to look at and to interact with.”
We offer three main collections:
Writingboards: Iconic, classic writing-boards, which are smart in
their features. A joy to have in your interior and to interact with.
Acoustics: Smart acoustics, unique in their features, nice in look &
feel and offering optimal noise absorption values.
Biophilic-designs: Functional objects which are inspired by and do
refer in their looks to nature as such that they create a positive im-
pact, a feel of joy and well-being according to the biophilic-science.

20CONDITIONS see also our general terms of delivery
PRCES Given prices are recommended retail prices in EUROs excluding VAT and transport.
DELIVERY TIME Products will be delivered within 1 working week in NL & BLG, 2 weeks for export. within EU if on
stock. 4-6 weeks for products (colors) out of stock.
If 1 week (2 weeks export) delivery time is not feasible, because products are out of stock, you will
be informed within 3 working days. You are welcome to contact us in advance to ensure that your
desired products are on stock or to agree on critical delivery times.
ORDERING / You can send orders and requests for quotation to sales@studiovix.nl.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Within 3 working days you will receive our order confirmation or quotation including delivery time
and transport costs.
ORDER SPECIFICATION When ordering please specify the product by article code.
The finishing characteristics - such as color - are shown in the last 4 digits of the article code.
Any item options - such as paper rolls and castors - are ordered by specifying these additionally.
DELIVERY By delivery we mean parcel delivery at an address normally accessible by truck, on the ground floor
behind the first door, during normal working hours,
For delivery outside office hours, we request that you contact us via service@studiovix.nl.
Any installation and assembly costs and other costs to be incurred in connection with the delivery
are not included in the price and must be requested when ordering if desired.
PAYMENT Payment should be done before shipping, for export minimal 1 week before the final delivery date.
CUSTOMIZED Alternative frame colors are available for an additional cost of € 150
We ask you to contact us for customization at sales@studiovix.nl.
Delivery times to customized work differ and are given with the quotation.
GARANTEE The garantee time for manufacturing defects is 24 months after delivery.
This garantee only applies to normal usage conditions as prescribed in the user- and assembly guide-
lines and in the general delivery term of StudioVIX. Not covered by the warranty are defects that fall
under normal wear and tear, changes that the customer or third parties have committed themselves
to the product.
RECLAMATIONS We request that you check each delivered product thoroughly on receipt to check if conform order
quantities and free of any defects. Complaints must be reported in writing including a photo of the
defects to service@studiovix.nl.
Complaints regarding delivery and visible defects must be reported immediately on the day of receipt.
Defects that are not immediately visible must be reported within 8 working days.
QUALITY & The StudioVIX products are made from high-quality, durable materials which can be recycled for at
ENVIRONMENT least for 99,9% .
The various parts can easily be replaced with standard tools. for long and easy maintenance.
All our products are produced in the Netherlands.
