Golf Day will be held on Sunday 29th to support local charities
August 2021 and attracts members,
invited guests and local media.

event raised $32,000 for four local charities. We look

fortunate in our community.

OPPORTUNITIES
Event Naming Rights Sponsor: $5,000 SOLD
Eight (8) company representatives playing in the event, including all green fees
and cart hire.
Acknowledgement and recognition of your brand throughout the day.
The opportunity to make a short address and to present the winners prizes at
our post golf event.
Your company logo on all event advertising including our website and emails to
our 2,200+ member database.
The opportunity to display your company signage at the following locations: IGC
entrance gate, pre and post event areas, two (2) on course catering areas.
Hole Sponsorship
A truly unique sponsorship opportunity, engage directly with up to 240 members
and guests over the day in groups of four (4). Leave them with a lasting
impression by promoting/demonstrating your products or services in interactive
and creative ways. Two (2) levels of hole sponsorship are available:
Featured Hole Sponsor: $1,750
Secure a prominent position in full view of the clubhouse. These holes have
the ability for large displays including vehicles. Only four (4) spots are
available, you do not want to miss out.

Please provide an overview of your intended display/activity. Please note the following restrictions:
On-course signage must be fixed into the ground, tear-drop & canvas banners are recommended
Pull-up banners are not allowed on course.
Please advise if you would like access to furniture (tables, chairs and umbrellas), power or a large
display/vehicle area. Access to these items is limited and will be allocated on request and availability.

SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The client is responsible for providing all signage, promotional materials, staff and equipment.
All items must be delivered to IGC by Wednesday 25 August, 2021. If banners are delivered late, IGC
cannot guarantee the banners will be erected.
All deliveries must be clearly labelled with the company name, event name and set up location.
All items must be picked up from IGC by Wednesday 1 September 2021.
In accordance with Club policy all items provided by sponsors must be set up or supervised by IGC
staff.
Sponsorship options cannot be shared between two (2) or more companies. One invoice will be
issued per sponsor.
In the event of severe weather or a Government imposed lockdown, the event may be postponed and
refunds will not be issued.
The client is responsible for any damage to their allocated areas on IGC property incurred during
the event.
The responsibility for arranging any additional insurances lies with the client.
On behalf of the sponsoring company, I acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions
and provide authorisation for invoice payment.

raffle.
