ABOUT
             TECHLAB SYSTEMS

Since 1984

 The current TECHLAB SYSTEMS, S.L. is a Company owned by
       Spanish and American shareholders and it is the result of a successful
       merger process.

        In October 2015 METROTEC, S.A. and its subsidiary Company
       TECHLAB SYSTEMS, S.L. agreed to a merger process.

        The shareholders of both Companies approved the merger of
       TECHLAB SYSTEMS, S.L. as the surviving Company and METROTEC,
       S.A. as the absorbed Company.

        After the merger TECHLAB SYSTEMS, S.L. became a Company with
       two business units and two brands.
