Christmas Ordering & Delivery Information
• Christmas Orders open Monday 20th September
• Ham Orders Close Wednesday 6th October
• Arthur Clive’s Bakery Orders Close Wednesday 1st December
Ordering Procedures Christmas 2021 Sleigh Runs aka Deliveries
Terms & Conditions:
• We pack your order in the numerical order that it was received, so the sooner you put your order in,
the greater chance you will receive all of your order. If stock sells out, we’ll notify you to seek further
instructions.
• Delivery is available for orders of $100+. Delivery fees are as follows:
o $20 delivery fee for orders under $150 per delivery.
o Delivery is free for orders of $150+ per delivery.
• Delivery available to all parts of Brisbane, Ipswich, Wynnum, Logan, the Scenic Rim, Gold Coast and
when possible, Wynnum & the Redlands.
• When necessary, you may be asked to meet at a central pick-up point that is close to your home as an
alternative to home delivery however this will be discussed in advance.
• Deliveries are scheduled and we endeavour to be on time however this may not be possible on the
day due to traffic and incidents out of our control.
• Customers are required to double check their invoice against their order items checking to see if you
have received each item invoiced and that the weights are correct. Due to the volume of orders and
items involved occasionally we make mistakes so please check. If there are any discrepancies, please
let us know so that we can correct this ASAP.

to deb@runningcreekbeef.com.au or give us a call if you’d like to place an order over the phone.
We’ll email you a confirmation of your order. If you don’t receive a confirmation within 24 hours
please contact us.
Step 2: Choose your Farm Pick-Up or Sleigh Run date.
• If you require multiple deliveries across different days, please submit separate orders to
assist our elves with getting things right or indicate which date next to the items.

• An invoice will be emailed to you the prior to your pick-up or delivery after we’ve packed the
order. Please pay this via electronic deposit into our bank account as per invoice bank

Elite Meats and Smokehouse of Boonah, Scenic Rim
First you loved Gary’s bacon (and honey-cheese cabana and chorizo) so we thought you might love his
Christmas Leg Ham’s too. Gary once again takes no short cuts when it comes to producing his Christmas Ham’s.
Using Warwick Qld farmed pork, Gary completes a full artery cure and soaking process prior to smoking the legs
in his onsite smoker at his butchery for 16 hours. Then the legs are hung and only vacuum packed according to
your order. As you might expect the ham is rich in flavour and delicious with a perfectly balanced smoke
flavour.
