TENANT
Tenants shall be allowed wall or marquee signs as described
on page 16 of this document in the quantity, sizes and
locations shown on the elevations on pages 20-26 of this WALL SIGN
document.
Primary Awning Signs
Tenants may display a sign printed on the sloped
surface of an awning in lieu of a permitted wall sign
(See Page 15).
SECONDARY TENANT SIGN TYPE
In addition to the primary tenant signs identified on pages
20-26 of this document, tenants shall be allowed to display
two of the following types of secondary tenant signs: window
signs not to exceed 25% of the window area, up to 1 projecting
blade sign, and up to 1 awning valance sign per awning where
applicable. Such Signs shall conform to the guidelines on
page 16-19 of this document
