Conference & Events Welcome to The Lucan Spa Hotel, one of Co. Dublin’s most iconic hotels. Situated just off the M50, The Lucan Spa Hotel offers luxurious and spacious meeting facilities in Dublin at affordable prices making the hotel the ideal choice for hosting a whole range of events from boardroom & breakfast meetings, training courses, seminars, workshops and AGMs to exhibitions and large scale conferences. Our dedicated Conference and Events team aim to make you stand out from the crowd and help host a successful and memorable event for you and your guests and delegates. Our goal is not to play host to a standard event; achieving typical goals is just not enough. Our aim is to surpass all expectations and ensure your event is a success both financially and socially. Behind each conference and event hosted at the hotel is our experienced team of committed personnel, offering a dedicated focus to provide you the comfort and professionalism that you require. Each of our unique conference and banqueting suites offer the latest technology, coupled with unobtrusive service, and create an elegant and beautiful environment for events catering from 1-400 delegates.
Overview
Since its inception in 1891, The Lucan Spa Hotel has been one of Dublin’s most iconic hotels. Steeped in history, this prestigious venue has been equipped
with a state-of-the-art conference centre and world class dining facilities to offer you the opportunity to stage a truly memorable event. Below is an
overview of the facilities of the hotel.
Location: The Lucan Spa Hotel is a well-known venue, offering delegates easy access from all Dublin routes and beyond. Situated on the M4 and
just off the M50, the hotel is only 12km from Dublin City Centre and 15km from Dublin International Airport.
Suites: The Lucan Spa Hotel offers a choice of four meeting and conference suites, each individually decorated and catering from 1-400 delegates*.
Technology: Our venue offers the latest in technology requirements, with state-of-the-art audio visual technology available to deliver that perfect
pitch.
Service: A team of friendly staff at your fingertips, with an experienced conference and banqueting team on hand to help you plan your event and
technology experts and waiting staff on hand during the day of your event to assist in any way possible.
Dining: A choice of dining environments available, each offering you and your guests and delegates a delicious cuisine throughout the day.
Accommodation: The Lucan Spa Hotel offers 70 well-appointed guestrooms for you and your delegates. Each room is designed with your comfort in
mind and is equipped with everything you need have a wonderful stay.
Parking: The hotel offers complimentary secure car parking for all delegates, with 200+ car parking spaces available including areas for coaches and
oversized vehicles.
Wireless Internet: Wi-Fi internet available throughout the hotel provided by Virgin Wi-Fi, offering reliable and fast internet access for all delegates.
*Please note delegate capacities are reduced with social distancing in place – please see below capacities adjusted for a 1m distance between all delegates for each
individual meeting space and preferred set up.
The Boyne Suite
The Boyne Suite is the perfect distinguished setting for formal engagements and events. With a royal rich
burgundy and gold colour scheme, large crystal chandeliers and floor to ceiling windows framing the entire
room, The Boyne Suite is highly regarded as one of Ireland’s finest conference and banqueting venue and
caters for a capacity of 400 delegates theatre style or up to 250 guests for banquets.
Purposely designed to provide the setting for the ultimate conference experience, The Boyne Suite
features built-in Audio Visual technology, including built in projectors and screens, plug-in and Wireless
internet access and a crisp speaker system.
This flexible venue can privately divide into four separate event spaces, allowing the suite to be laid out in
a style that suits your event.
The Boyne Suite has its own pre function lobby, perfect for a drinks reception, conference registration,
exhibition or refreshments. A fully sheltered, private balcony area can be used by delegates to relax
outdoors during breaks and it doubles up as a private smoking area.

The Limerick Suite
The Limerick Suite is ideally located on the lower ground floor where there is no natural light entering the
room. It can accommodate up to 130 delegates and features its own stage for top table and guest speaker
use. It also has its own private bar and toilet facilities. The Limerick Room breaks out onto The Earl Bistro,
where carvery lunch is served.
The Limerick Suite provides a perfect venue for low light presentations, offering brilliant sound proofing
from other events in the hotel. It enjoys the benefits of its own smoking shelter for your delegates.
The Limerick Suite is also ideal for banqueting events for up to 100 guests. With each dish freshly prepared
and served fresh from the kitchen facilities next door, you and your guests can enjoy a delicious banquet in
a tasteful setting. The Limerick Suite also features a large dance floor area to make your event an
enjoyable social experience for all guests.

The Board Room The Aughrim Room
This aptly named room is ideal for smaller meeting where tough One of our smaller suites, The Aughrim Room is the ideal conference suite

on the first level of the hotel and features large Victorian windows that level and overlooks the front gardened grounds of the hotel. The Aughrim
offer plenty of natural light. Room has plenty of natural light and retains the original Victorian
elegance of the hotel.
