The Roux family will once again be taking over our Champions Gallery
restaurant for the two days of the QIPCO Guineas Festival.
On Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd May, Michelin-starred French
master Albert Roux, will be hosting the highest quality fine
dining experience for his guests.
Located on the 3rd floor of the Millennium Grandstand, Chez Roux
offers a wonderfully atmospheric fine dining experience. Enjoy the
panoramic view of some of the finest Flat racing in the world whilst
indulging in a mouth-watering three course meal followed by
afternoon tea, specially created by Albert Roux.

Each summer Newmarket’s racing switches to The July Course which springs to life
with colourful floral displays, exciting music nights and fabulous fashion. The July
Course is renowned for its garden party atmosphere making for a most relaxing,
quintessentially English, day at the races.
This course hosts numerous events throughout the summer, most famously The Moët
& Chandon July Festival. Home to the Group 1 Darley July Cup, the festival offers
three wonderful days of fashion, food and world class racing.
Our Summer House restaurant and Trackside Pavilions offer a variety of packages
perfect to suit your guests’ needs and are ever-popular so early booking is
highly recommended.
