We are a large and experienced, award winning corporate caterer specialising
in catering for off-site multi-session conferences, training and meetings. Our
catering is exclusively prepared in-house by our team of dedicated and talented
Chefs. Our menus have been tailored to suit three different requirements
making Vanilla Blue the perfect catering partner:

to our all-day packages, but with more flexibility the Meeting and Training
menus are a great solution for smaller groups. Clients can pick and choose
items that suit the time of day and their participants requirements. We also
