We offer highly detailed embellishment services. Discounts are determined by the size of your order. QUALIFIED ORDERS Full disclosure of the end user and intended use of the product is required for qualification. We do not accept orders from third-party corporate resellers or distributors. Arc’teryx reserves the right to refuse an order should we feel it is not aligned with our brand or program guidelines. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES Minimum order quantities of 40 units per model do exist for all initial Corporate & Group orders. This can include men’s and women’s styles, and multiple colours. Smaller bulk orders may be facilitated by local Arc’teryx brand stores. Contact us today to learn more about availability, pricing and unique embellishment options. SAMPLES Arc’teryx may provide samples upon request. Sample items require payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in advance, which will be fully refunded upon return. Samples must be returned unused within 30 days of receiving them for a refund. PAYMENTS REFUNDS & EXCHANGES The methods of payment are Visa or Mastercard, cheque and wire transfer. We do not accept AMEX. Please note that all Corporate & Group Sales purchases require 100% payment before delivery. All orders through our Corporate & Group Sales channel are final sales. Our experienced sales team will work with you to ensure you find a product that best meets your needs, however there will be no opportunity for returns or exchange.
