                                                     CHALLENGING BEHAVIOURS
In this fast-paced world, it’s a benefit to managers to have
the basic training necessary for crisis management and
understand the need to protect the psychological well-being
of employees. Performance management is about more
than just managing proactive elements such as performance
reviews and employees’ development. There are times when
managers need to respond to unwanted employee behaviours.

                                                                                                            Learn more

MANAGING MENTAL RISK AND
SUPPORTING MENTAL HEALTH
Across Canada, 70% of employees are worried about psychological
health in their workplace and 14% think their work environment is
unhealthy or unsafe. This can take a personal toll on employees, but
it can also contribute to staggering economic costs. On top of this,
mental health illnesses represent an immense psychological, social,
and economic burden to organizations. Research has found that the
best method for reducing the impact caused by mental health issues
and illnesses is prevention.
