Healthy Parks, Healthy People Bay Area was created
with the goal of promoting health and wellness
by getting people to get out and play in their own
backyard. Just look around the town and you’ll see
great places to go outside and explore.

parks through Arts & Rec on the Go or take a hike
throughout our many trails in the Bay Area with our
Trail Mixers program. If you’re not sure which to do,
