Balthazar is getting Organic from a plot selection from La Livinière and
Pépieux.

80 % Syrah and 20 % Grenache Noir

Brown schist's soils, chalk and clay.

Deep garnet-red with red tints. Complex nose and intense nose with
blackcurrent, rosemary, blackberries and hints of licorice. Full body with
well rounded tannins, fat, generous and lingering.

         Viognier Pays d’Oc IGP

         Yellow pale with green tints.

         Intense and complex nose with flint stone, abricot, mandarin orange, tropical fruits, white
         flowers and a touch of vanilla.

         Crispy and concentrated attack, unctuous, fresh and very fruity. Long, deep, fruity and
         mineral end.

        Syrah Pays d’Oc IGP

        Deep Ink garnet-red with purple tints.

        Strong and complex nose with crystallized violet, blackcurrant, blackberries, liquorice and
        black pepper

        Full and concentrated attack, balanced and unctuous. Long, deep, fruity and spicy end

Chalky foothills from Aigues Vives.

Made in 500 L open barrels with manual punching down then pressed
with (clean) feet.

Ageing in French one year old 300 L barrel for 14 months.

Deep garnet-red with purple tints.

Rich, complex, smoky and mineral nose with violets, blackcurrants,
licorice, black cherries jam, plums and soft spices.

Full, smooth, fresh attack with rounded and good volume and a long
savoury end.

Limited annual production between 1600 and 2000 bottles.
