were normal business people, from a variety of
functions and firms — insurers, startups and brokers,
and included a group of Brokerbility Apprentices. For
most, this was their first experience of a Hackathon.
What was their mission? Based on in-depth broker
research, four specific challenges had been set on

    “
claims, SME underinsurance, tech and the better
understanding of customers, so that each would be
worked on by two separate teams. The Hacksters
were supported by a select group of roving experts

    regulation, ideation, customer insight, app
    development and more.

Inspiring to see how seriously everyone

surprising (in a good way!) to see the
         quality of the solutions produced.
