Teacher Performance Evaluation Rubric
The Teacher Performance Evaluation Rubric is to be scored holistically. This means evaluators will assess which level provides the best overall description of the teacher.
The rating process is to occur on completion of each 30-minute observation and post-conference. To determine the rating for each 30-minute observation, the evaluator is to

Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is an implementation framework for maximizing the selection and use of
evidence-based prevention and intervention practices to support the academic, social emotional and behavioral competence of
all students. The program provides district a tiered continuum to provide prevention and intervention spanning from the entire
student body to targeted supports for students. HB 318 requires each district to implement a PBIS framework for all schools in the
district and provide professional development (schools with PreK-3 students) or continuing education by November 2021.

that will impact student success. Dive deeply into your achievement data to see how
it can be utilized at your teacher, building, and district levels to ensure all students
have access to a rigorous curriculum and a strong multi-tiered system of supports.
Reflect on how collaborative learning empowers teachers and administrators to
enhance student learning. Gain insight on how administrators support teachers in
order to effectively plan, deliver, and assess instruction. Network with educators
