June 27th – July 3rd – Reverend Catherine Sabine
Reverend Catherine Sabine is a National Spiritualist teacher and a Commissioned
Healer; and has been a member of the National Spiritualist Association of Churches for
15 years. She is the founder and pastor of the Spiritualist Church of Eternal Life in
Sabattus Maine. She is a retired Big Cove First Nation sun dancer in New Brunswick,
Canada. Catherine has a master’s degree in Education Administration and has taught
workshops and classes in Native American reservations, Universities, Churches and
Camps throughout New England and Canada since 2005.

Monday June 28th Workshop: Dough Boy

This is the Dough Boy’s mediums workshop. It begins with Catherine explaining how she
receives medium messages. Her explanation which includes her drawing of a dough
boy, diminishes the mystery and explains why mediumship doesn’t have to require an
innate ability. Catherine will reassure participants that mediumship, like so many other
abilities, requires the experiences gathered through practice. It is through practice hat
mediums gain both talent and self-confidence. Using her Dough Boy drawing she
ēdemonstrated the process. Participants will themselves be given an opportunity to
discover their ability to receive a medium message. The workshop’s intent is to remove
any fear, especially the most common, the fear of being wrong. The workshop’ intent is
to allow participants to be wrong, while celebrating when their readings are received as
being correct.

Friday July 2nd Workshop: Materialization
Materialization is understood to be physical mediumship in which there is a temporary
appearance or visualization of human or object form. In this workshop, a participant will
sit within a portable enclosure identified as a cabinet. Only the sitter’s face will be visible
to the other attendees. While the cabinet is occupied, workshop participants will on index
cards what they visualize during the experiment. Later, these observations will be
compared. Previous workshop attendees have been surprised by the number of those
present experiencing the same visualization.

Thursday July 1st Class: Clairvoyance

Clairvoyance is an ability to gain information about a person or object through extra

sensory perception. The term comes from the French word clair (clear) and voyance
(vision). Clairvoyance is one of the major psychic abilities and translates to “clear
seeing”. Being Clairvoyant means you receive psychic impressions visually thru images,
colors and visions. This class will help you to determine if the images, colors and visions
you experience are messages from those departed!

July 11th – July 17th – Reverend Jean Mandeville
Reverend Jean was recently ordained as a Spiritualist Reverend in November of 2020
and is a Certified Medium and Commissioned Healer with the National Spiritualist
Association of Churches. She is on the Board of Trustees for the First Spiritualist Church
of Willimantic and Pine Grove Spiritualist Camp. Jean teaches mediumship development
throughout New England and has actively studied spirituality for 25 years. Jean retired
from teaching public school after 34 years.
She has been a guest on “Adventures with Paranormal” at TV Station 9 in Seekonk and
on “Dream Visions 7” Radio where she discussed the continuity of life and some of her
experiences of working with Spirit. She has also worked with JK Paranormal
Investigators in Newport, RI and Niantic, CT. She studied Shamanism with Ed Douzanis
who taught throughout the New England area. She trained with the world renowned
British tutors Chris Drew, Colin Bates, Judith Seaman, trained with Mavis Pittila for a
yearlong 2020 mentorship program and is currently in the yearlong mentorship program
2021 with Paul Jacobs.
Jean has a Master’s Degree in Education, is a Reiki Master, a Clinical Hypnotist and a
Spiritual Response Therapy Practitioner (SRT). She is also available to do SRT
clearings. SRT is a system of Jean working with her high self to assess, research and
clear blocks to a greater expression of life. It is a meticulous step by step method for
researching the subconscious mind and the soul records to discover and release hidden
blocks to health, happiness and spiritual growth. Jean is honored and grateful to serve
Spirit.

Monday July 12th Workshop: Using the Chakras to Connect to Spirit
Spirit Responds to Mediums when we approach them. By having the tools of how to
work with the chakras, we as mediums can find a new clarity of connection and we can
learn to hold the connection for an extended time. Different chakras correspond to
different mediumship and/or psychic gifts. By learning the differences we can have more
control over our mediumship.

Friday July 16th Workshop: Past Life Regression
Participants will be led through a series of guided imagery exercises that will release
disharmonious energies that no longer serve self, center us, and ultimately restore each
individual. Jean’s spirit guides will then clear everyone’s chakras and auric fields. Then
the class will be led to a divine light and the Akashic records, which is where all of our
soul information/past lifetimes are store. A record keeper will bring us an excerpt of a life
to show us for a particular reason. We can gain understanding of why we are
experiencing something in this life that we brought forward whether it is a gift, an illness
or an unresolved lesson. When the class returns to our present day reality, all will have a
feeling of peace and well-being.

Thursday July 15th Class: Inspirational and Automatic Writing
Spirit has used writing as a means of communication and creativity through mediums,
authors and individuals from all walks of life. Evidence of automatic and inspirational
writing are found in historic text and current literature. Learn the difference between
inspirational, automatic and independent writing. By using a few simple techniques, you
will add to your spiritual expressions and gifts. We will do a short mediation to prepare
our energy to meet with the spirit realm. Then we will do several exercises to give
participants an opportunity for several messages from spirit. No previous experience is
necessary and you may surprise yourself with how easy it can be.

Saturday July 17th Workshop: Blending with Tree Energy
You are invited to an outside workshop where you can communicate with nature and
enjoy the beautiful view of the bay. Reverend Mandeville will discuss how historic
mediums used their time in the forest to develop their connection to spirit and develop
their clairaudience. Participants will learn how to use specific chakras to develop the
“claires” and will learn how to blend with trees. Each tree offers something different as
does the various parts of a tree. Even the leaves have something to say. Come join us
for an informative and fun workshop and come hug a tree!!

July 25th – July 31st – Reverend Ana Maria
Ana Maria is an experienced psychic and medium who offers individual and small group
readings to people who want to gain insight into their lives or who are yearning to hear
form their loved ones in spirit world. In addition, she teaches classes on psychic and
mediumship development and offers workshops on a variety of topics including Dream
work and analysis, healing through the Chakras, and more. Ana Maria offers public
platform demonstration of mediumship and facilitates empowerment circles for mediums.
Ana Maria studied extensively with tutors from the Arthur Findlay College of Spiritualism
and Psychic Sciences. She is a minister with the Journey Within Spiritualist Church and
a member of the Spiritualist National Union International organization.
Ana Maria holds a BS in Educational Studies, a MS in Counseling, a Professional
Diploma in Educational Leadership. She is a trained hypnotist and Dream Teacher.

Monday July 26th Workshop: Voyage to The Island of the Crystal Mountain
Join me as we travel through the imaginal realms to the Island of the Crystal Mountain
where you will enter the Emerald Room and experience healing through the Heart
Chakra. Using guided meditations you will open the Heart Chakra to journey back
through the decades of your life to heal the energetic blockages that prevent you from
leading a fulfilled life. Then we will travel to the future where you will encounter an older
version of yourself: “The Future You”, who will provide you with loving guidance to
support you during the remainder of your life.

Thursday July 29th Class: The Spirit’s Journey through the Afterlife
Ever wonder what to expect in the afterlife? Join me as we discuss what we have
learned from Mediums who are in frequent communication with our departed loved ones
in Spirit World. We will also review the common experiences of the many people
worldwide who have survived a Near Death Experience. We will end our time together
with a Guided Visualization during which you will enter a different realm of
consciousness where you can meet and spend some time with a departed loved one or
a spiritual teacher in Spirit World.

Friday July 30th Workshop: Magical Spaceship to the Future
We have experienced incredible change on Earth in the last 100 years due to
technological advances. Consider the impact of technology within your lifetime through
the invention of the cell phone, home computers, the internet, the advances in world
travel and the medical field, just to name a few.
Ever wonder what the future holds?
Although we experience our lives as separate consciousness, we are all unconsciously
connected with each other and to all that exists and that will exist. Through guided
visualizations, we will ride on the Magical Spaceship to travel 100, 200 and then 500
years into the future. When we return to present time and waking reality, we will share
our adventures with each other to see the commonalities in our experiences.

Saturday July 31st Workshop: Journey to the Inner Sanctuary of Your Soul Learn
how to Connect with Your Higher Self and Your Spiritual Teachers - 10:00AM
During this workshop you will learn how to tap into the wisdom and guidance of your
higher self and your spiritual teachers. Through discussions and exercises, you will gain
sensitivity to your Spirit Senses: Clairvoyance, Clairaudience and Clairsentience, and
learn to access the higher realms for insight and guidance. A rich conversation will be
followed by guided visualizations to help you establish residence within the inner
sanctuary of your soul. Here, your unique, personal experiences will help you move your
soul forward in this lifetime.

Reverend Ferency is a certified medium, National Spiritualist Teacher and ordained
minister. She has spoken all over the United States and has worked with Spirit for over
25 years. She worked very closely with Alexander Ferency, learning about mediumship
and healing. She loves working with Spirit. Come to the Temple at Pine Grove and have
fun connecting with your higher self.

Monday August 9th Workshop: Development Circle
This workshop is for everyone – from beginners to advanced. If you want to connect
with your guides and loved ones on the higher side of life then this is the workshop for
you. Come and have an insightful evening with Susan.
Friday August 13th Workshop: Healing and Laughter
This will be an enjoyable and relaxing evening. It is a workshop so there will be practical
applications of healing and humor. Susan has studied the healing and laughter
connection extensively. This evening will be chock full of both. Healing is very important
work but there is no rule that says that one shouldn’t do it with a happy heart. Come one,
come all to an event that will make your heart happy!
Thursday August 12th Class: Trance Mediumship
Trance work involves going into a deeper state than one usually does and making a
stronger connection to Spirit. Learning takes place on an intense level. Come prepared
to connect with your higher self. Prerequisite for this class – you must have already been
sitting in a development class.

Saturday August 14th Workshop: Affirmations for Self-Realization in Your Life –

August 22nd – August 28th – Kathleen Hoffman
Reverend Hoffman is the pastor of the First Spiritualist Church of Onset, MA. She is a
nationally known ordained minister, certified medium, teacher and healer. Rev. Kathleen
is also a Reiki Master teacher, certified hypnotherapist, Feng Shui consultant and a
graduate of Radiant Healing School. She is well known as a spirit artist with gifts of
clairvoyance, clairaudience and transfiguration. She has been interviewed and her
spiritual work has been featured in many newspapers, TV shows and Radio shows
throughout New England. She completed her courses through the American Federation
of Spiritualist Churches and is certified through the First Spiritualist Church of Onset.
Rev. Kathleen is innovative in developing new curriculum for mediumship, healing and
has created a variety of new ways to teach Spiritualism. She is a coordinator of outreach
and education for a victims’ service center and is a trainer for the criminal justice system.
Rev Kathleen has dedicated her life work in the human service field, empowering adults
and children of various ages to their best potential and life purpose.

Monday August 23rd Workshop: The Power of Premonitions - How Knowing the
Future can Shape Our Lives.

What is a Premonition? In this workshop we will discuss – What does it mean when you
have a premonition and will your premonition come true? Can you prevent them from
happening? Can we look into someone’s future and how does it all work?

Friday August 27th Workshop: Mediumship Development – Breaking through
the Fear Factors in development.
Setting a regiment to stick to – so you don’t veer off course in your development. Setting
up the vibrational setting for yourself to work with Spirit and we will practice deliver. Let’s
grow together!

Thursday August 26th Class: Psychic Medium
There are Psychic Mediums who are used by the police and other investigators to find
what happened to a person or where the person is if missing. We will work with a cold
case of a person who passed to spirit. We will investigate together using our psychic
abilities and Mediumship to see how they passed and the situation leading up to it. This
is a very wonderful way to see how you can pick up different signs from Spirit, to give
you the clues to someone’s passing. We will use a true story that Reverend Kathleen
has encountered in her life experience.

Saturday August 28th Workshop: Sound Vibrational Frequency Shift – Gong Bath!
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM This can be transformational! Do you want to make a difference not
only in your life, but others? Come join us in this healing frequency Bath. By using the
Violet Flame degrees and the Ho’oponopono prayer we will shift the vibration for us and
for those we love and send the vibration out in to the universe. Come together for a good

Reverend Stacy Kopchinski is a National Spiritualist Teacher, Commissioned Healer and
Certified Medium through the National Spiritualist Association of Churches and has been
a Spiritualist many years. She is the Pastor for the First Spiritualist Church of West Allis
in her home state of Wisconsin. Stacy is a Trustee on the NSAC Board. She is also the
Administrator for the Morris Pratt Institute, America’s Spiritualist College, Secretary-
Treasurer for the NST Club and is a member of the NSAC Healer’s League, Ministerial
Association, ISF and Lily Dale Assembly.

Monday September 6th Workshop: Finding the Evidence in Mediumship

Using what you already know to Advance your Evidential Mediumship.
In this workshop we will work on Evidential Mediumship with things that you, the
medium, already know. Evidential mediumship is the proof of the continuity of life, we as
mediums sometimes get caught up in our own minds or thoughts. In this workshop we
will learn techniques to produce evidence by letting spirit use things that we already
know, things we see every day, and knowledge we already have obtained. Spirit is just
as excited to prove continuous life as we are, so we will work together to produce that
evidence. This is a hands-on workshop with practice.

Friday September 10th Workshop: Astral Travel and Remote Viewing

Ever Experience a moment where you knew you were somewhere else? Want to travel
to other places with a thought? Want to learn about all that is out there in this huge
universe to travel to? In this interactive workshop you will learn how your soul travels to
another place when your physical body is at rest. You will learn how to control travel and
do it when you want. You will learn how to protect yourself to places to learn more about
your path or to better your mediumship and psychic work. Please bring a comfortable
pillow, pen and paper to class. Come and SEE where your soul can travel.

Thursday September 9th Class Spiritual Healing Past, Present and Future

In this class we will look into the way it was formed, the techniques of where it was
started and where it is now and where it can lead. Spiritualist healing is a remarkable
healing using Spirit healers and their energy. There are many ways and techniques that
can be utilized when healing. There will be class participation as well as we work on self-
healing, laying on of hands and group healing.

Saturday September 11th Workshop: What does Energy look like? 1-3PM

What do we look like energetically? How does color play into energy? What does color
mean? In this workshop we will dive into the great world of color energy. Learn what an
aura is, how they look and what they mean. Let’s play with color and art. No artistic talent
needed! All supplies included.

The Psychic Bridges Workshop group will be here to provide an interactive and fun day.
There will be a wide variety of activities that you can learn from whether beginner or
more experienced. Workshops may include EFT, Tarot, Dowsing to name a few!

July 10th – 10:00AM-12:00PM – Communicating with Animals – Kelly
Mcclellan.
Kelly Mcclellan has been communicating with animals all her life but didn’t realize it until
2001. Her love for animals has been lifelong. She is certified in Reiki, Muscle Testing
and Touch for Health.
Our animals communicate with us in a variety of methods but we often don’t understand
what they are trying to say! This workshop will focus on strengthening Communication
with Animals and Reading their energy whether they walk the earth plane or have
transitioned.
There will be time for readings – bring a note pad and picture of your pet – whatever it
may be.

July 10th – 1:00PM – 3:00PM – Gemstone Trees - Sheryl Sanfilipo $35
Spend an afternoon creating our very own Chakra Gemstone Healing Tree! Sheryl
SanFilippo, the secretary from the First Spiritualist Church of Willimantic will show you
how to create your own Chakra Gemstone Healing Tree, using brass wire and crystal
gemstone chips. She will take everyone on a construction journey from twisting and
separating brass wires to root system, trunk and branches! Let’s get your inspiration
flowing! You can choose to have your tree stand alone on its roots or on a favorite small
to medium size crystal gemstone base that you provide.
Things to bring to class: wire cutters and needle nose pliers. It will be a fun, creative
class! Cost includes $10 for supplies.

August 6th – Drumming Circle – We are One - Bonnie Red Basket –
6:00PM – 8:00PM - $10
Bring your drums, rattles, blankets and chairs. Weather permitting we will be outside but
in any event, it will be an evening of making healing music as we become one with the
universe.

August 7th – Rite of the Womb - Bonnie Red Basket – 11:00AM-1:00PM
Embracing your sacredness as a woman. Blessing your “Path of Beauty”. Come and
celebrate YOU as a Holy Being. For Women everywhere. Please wear white. Bring your
own chair.

Saturday September 4th Workshop – Build a Fairy House - 10:00 AM –
12:00 PM - $15
Fairy – also spelled faerie or faery, a mythical being of folklore and romance usually
having magic powers and dwelling on earth in close relationship with humans. These
magical creatures love gardens and flowers so come build a house for them to reside in!
We will provide the basis, you will collect material from the grounds at Pine Grove and
feel free to bring anything you would like to adorn your fairy house with.

September 4th – Sound Healing Meditation – Fred Maerkle
Imagine being immersed in a sea of soothing sound.... Come join us with Fred Maerkle
and experience a deeply meditative and relaxing experience of vibrational sound healing
with Tibetan singing bowls, Cherokee healing drum, quartz crystal, bronze, and other
sound instruments. The acoustics within the chapel are AWESOME! No experience
required. As you relax while seated in the pew, the vibrational frequencies will surround
you in a cocoon of sound that will take you to your own inner space of healing. This is
quite effective because it influences our emotional bodies as well as our physical bodies.
Stress is the underlying cause of many physical conditions. Emotional imbalances are at
the root of many physical diseases and when we heal our emotional bodies, the physical
symptoms disappear. Sound and emotions are deeply connected.

Fred Maerkle is a member of the National Spiritualist Church of Norwich, a Morris Pratt
student, and is pursuing a pastoral path within the Spiritualist church. He was a Priest in
his former church for over 33 years and brings that experience to the table. Fred also
has his own holistic healing practice, Zentastic Wellness, and is a Usui Holy Fire II Reiki
Master, Kundalini Reiki Master, Certified Biofield Tuning practitioner, Certified VFRT
therapist, and Tibetan Singing Bowl Master Healer
Be advised that we are following previously outlined COVID-19 procedures - sitting only
in designated seats, masks upon entering and exiting, and keeping 6 feet from each
other. You are also welcome to bring your own cushion, blanket, pillow or other
accessories to make yourself comfortable.
