and it’s businesses, and ensure the name DSI is synonymous with problem solving
across the mining & tunneling community.
DSI, within its global organization, has access to a large and diverse team of technical
personnel. This team of engineers has diverse ground support experience in all mining
and tunneling applications, in all corners of the underground world. DSI’s engineers
offer both front line field assistance to the sales team, and laboratory testing for devel-
opment of new technology and maintaining of current product quality.
DSI works closely with it’s customers to gain an understanding of their needs and
expectations both in application of current technology, and definition of problems or
weaknesses in the current technology such to allow new ideas to be generated.
DSI’s engineering team works with each tunnel project and mine site, in conjunction
with our sales staff, conducting regular underground visits, training for the under-
ground operators, and conducting tests to ensure they have the product they need.
In addition to the North & South American teams, DSI has the option to call on its DSI
company engineers from around the world.
