I am happy to learn that the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly has become the first ever hightech paperless
assembly and model to be replicated by other State Assemblies as well. This has led to saving of huge expenses of
government on paper and unnecessary plying of vehicles during the assembly session.
I believe that the implementation of e-constituency management is a necessary step towards the empowerment
of MLAs using information technology.”
